Fir Haven Trailer Park Reviews
- Its really great renting here considering how wild the housing market is right now - you get a lot of space and freedom for the price, at 25 I never thought i would get to have a garden 😧❤️ laundry room works and has the app now too, overall its not dirty or scary/sketchy like stereotype trailer park nonsense, this is an affordable option in a nice neighborhood, I love being so close to a dispensary, grocery store, and UPS store! ✨️ no its not perfectly manicured grass with a pool or whatever the luxury condos are overcharging for - its a simple park with the essentials at a great price and you are free to improve your space 💯 my second place since moving to PDX in 2022 and now every day I get to live my dream from a small town to the big city! 🤩❤️💯Couldn't see myself going anywhere else anytime soon!!! 🙂 keep your head up, youre gonna find the right place and be okay, I believe in you right now if you reading this scared about life🫶 June 22 · jon mathews
- I moved into a home in this park about a month ago. So far I have nothing but good interactions with the neighbors, as well as the manager. The manager has even gone so far as to give us free weatherization materials that he happened to have laying around. Quite a nice gesture if you ask me. So far as previous reviews about one "Chrystal" from unit 44, there is no such person here. I moved into unit 43, and live right next door. The people that now live there are quiet, and keep to themselves. December 09 · Andrew Lunn
- I understand this rv park is for sale. Owners live in san francisco i understand and are very anal. Gangs, shootings, cops through here all the time, vandalism of property, break-ins, druggies, high crime area, owners have only done maintenance that they had to, been here almost ten years and have offered to sell my place back to them. So far no offers, but they keep harassing me trying to get me to move out. Have had to get an attorney involved several times. Next, will have to get both my attorney and the ACLU involved as I am a 100% disabled vietnam era veteran. All they need to do is buy the place back and I will be glad to see this place in my rear view mirror. I can't post this review without giving it at least one star or I wouldn't even do that. - Too bad about the management, great location though. Make sure you have cameras on your house about the management after midnight though. Too bad you can't put pictures. 😳 Posted No Trespassing signs don't work for some reason??? Posted on Facebook. December 17 · Erica Rash
- Was really disappointed was told they had a spot available for rent and was waiting on an application he waited ten days to get back to me. During those ten days I tried to reach out the own through text and phone calls and he would not get back to me. Then he finally does and he tells me he decided to rent it to someone else August 23 · Bob Hansen
