This address places the park in Stockton, a major city in California's Central Valley, offering a unique blend of a tranquil, country-like setting with surprisingly close proximity to essential urban amenities.
One of the most appealing aspects of Finnlees Trailer Park's location, as highlighted by residents, is its ability to provide a feeling of being "out in the country" due to the "lots of trees" and overall quiet atmosphere. Finnlees Trailer Park primarily focuses on providing a stable and well-maintained environment for its long-term rental residents. While explicit details on every service might require direct inquiry, the consistent positive feedback from residents about safety, quietude, and community suggests a commitment to core residential provisions.
Long-Term Rental Spaces: The park's fundamental service is offering spaces for long-term mobile home rentals. This creates a stable residential community where residents can establish their homes and live for extended periods, fostering a sense of belonging and continuity.
Utility Hookups: Mobile home lots at Finnlees would typically come equipped with essential utility hookups, including water, sewer, and electricity, facilitating convenient living for residents. Specific billing arrangements (e.g., included in rent, separately metered) should be confirmed directly with management.
Community Safety and Oversight: Residents consistently highlight the park as a "safe little community" where "We watch out for each other, so there is very little trouble here." While this is partly organic, it implies a management structure that supports a secure environment, possibly through established rules and responsive oversight.
Maintenance of Common Areas: The overall positive perception of the park's environment suggests that common areas, such as internal roads and shared spaces, are adequately maintained to ensure a pleasant and functional living experience for all residents.
Quiet Environment: The park is consistently described as a "quiet place." This indicates that management likely has policies in place, and residents collectively adhere to norms that minimize noise and disruptions, which is a key service for many seeking peaceful living.
It's important to acknowledge one review that describes the owner as "a wackadoo" and mentions an unexplained eviction despite being a good tenant. While this individual experience is noted, it contrasts with the overall positive sentiment of long-term residents and the park's established "quiet, safe little community" reputation. Prospective residents should inquire about tenancy terms and policies directly to ensure clarity.

Finnlees Trailer Park Reviews
We have lived here 8 years. This is a long term rental park. We are a quiet, safe little community. We watch out for each other, so there is very little trouble here. We have lots of trees and it feels like you are out in the country, but shopping is only 1/2 a mile away. We love it here.
Apr 06, 2016 · Karen DanielsThe owner is a wackadoo... evicted me refused to explain why..and still gave me a good reference as a renter!!! which I was!!! I always paid my rent in full and on time...I have no social life... so no visitors or parties... I tried to be quiet and respectful of my neighbors... now it makes sense why there we're spaces open in a park that seems to be the cheapest rent I could find...
