If you walk in the office don't expect to be greeted pleasantly. A relative of mine walked in and was rudely approached and responded to when asking a question. The door was even slammed in their face. Aside from that, a call was made to the office to still make an inquiry, but the phone was slammed in their ear! They should rethink their staff who are there answering phones and walk-ins.That said, the location is good, and it is quiet. Commuting times are good for residents.The units are well maintained which is very important, and yes, nice to see. If you need something quickly for groceries, Hannaford is close by.

The people they employ to "fix" things do shotty half assed work and then blame the homeowner when projects that the community is supposed to be responsible for are not completed. They also have amongst their employ a person whom has received MULTIPLE complaints from residents about his sexually harassing comments and nothing has been done about it. There is also a man with an extensive CRIMINAL record peddling his "handyman" services. DO NOT HIRE JOSHUA DUPUIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Very unprofessional, and he STOLE $5000 of my mother's money by conning her with no paper contract. HIS mother also covers for him when she can. If you already live there please perform a public service and inform other residents DO NOT HIRE THIS CRIMINAL!
