Fair Courts Trailer Park Introduce
Welcome to Fair Courts Trailer Park, a well-established RV park and housing society located right in the heart of California’s beautiful Central Valley. For Californians looking for a practical, community-focused, and long-term residential option, Fair Courts offers an appealing blend of RV park convenience and established community living. Situated in Tulare, a city known for its deep agricultural roots and as a gateway to some of the state’s most magnificent natural parks, this location provides a distinctive residential experience away from the high costs and fast pace of the coastal cities. It serves as a base for exploring the rich local culture and the vast outdoor recreational opportunities of Tulare County.
As a dual-type facility—operating as both an RV park and a permanent housing society—Fair Courts Trailer Park caters to various resident needs, from those seeking a long-term spot for their RV to residents with manufactured homes. The park aims to foster a real neighborhood feel, where current residents often mention that people look out for one another, contributing to a sense of security and belonging. This welcoming atmosphere is a significant draw, making the park feel less like a temporary stop and more like a true home. While the park is continually evolving and adapting, its fundamental mission remains to provide a functional and affordable option for those choosing to live in the Tulare area.
One aspect that often brings people to Fair Courts is the commitment to providing a reasonably priced residential solution. Many residents find the rates here to be affordable, especially when compared to the broader California real estate market, making it a viable option for budget-conscious individuals and families. The management strives to maintain a clean environment, with reports indicating the pool area, for instance, is reliably well-kept. This focus on upkeep, paired with an accessible location, strengthens its value proposition for long-term tenancy.
Fair Courts Trailer Park is centrally located in Tulare, California, with a physical address of 715 S K St, Tulare, CA 93274, USA. Tulare is a significant community in the San Joaquin Valley, offering residents an excellent strategic location for both daily life and weekend adventures. The park's address places it with good access to local roads, making commuting within the city straightforward. For those needing to travel further, Tulare enjoys convenient access to major highways, including Highway 99, which runs north and south through the entire Central Valley, connecting you easily to Fresno, Bakersfield, and other California cities.
The community's location in Tulare puts it within reasonable driving distance of essential amenities, including shopping centers, dining options, and medical facilities. More notably for the California lifestyle, Tulare is known as a “Gateway to Adventure,” particularly to the magnificent Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks. These international treasures, home to the world’s largest trees, are a manageable drive away, allowing residents to easily plan day trips or weekend escapes into the Sierra Nevada mountains. Other nearby attractions include the Tulare Outlets for shopping, the International Agri-Center, and the Tulare Historical Museum, providing plenty of options for local entertainment and exploration.

Fair Courts Trailer Park Reviews
Wonderful people, high rent. The picnic area was needlessly destroyed and most of the trees cut down and not replaced. I would give it five stars if they brought back the picnic area, add a table, and replant some of the trees that used to make this the shady cool place with green spaces it used to be. They raise our rent every year the max amount leagley possible. And the only improvements have been lights that are bright enough for a prison.
August 01 · Joseph JarrardJust moved in. The place is really affordable & the current residents look out for their own. Can be dodgy after dark, however. It is located on the shady side of town. I recommend it for living on the cheap. 👍
