Evergreen Mobile Home Park Introduce
For many Oregonians seeking an accessible entry point into home ownership or looking for a simplified, low-maintenance lifestyle, **Evergreen Mobile Home Park** in McMinnville offers a compelling opportunity. Located in the heart of Oregon's celebrated wine country, this all-ages mobile home community provides a space for residents to own their home while leasing the land. This financial structure often translates to significantly lower initial investment and monthly costs compared to traditional stick-built housing in the competitive Yamhill County real estate market.
The park is designed to be an **all-ages community**, meaning it welcomes families, young professionals, retirees, and everyone in between. This diversity contributes to a varied and welcoming neighborhood atmosphere. The focus here is on providing a stable, convenient, and affordable long-term living solution, positioning the park as a practical choice for Oregon residents who value being close to McMinnville's cultural and recreational highlights while managing their cost of living.
As with any established mobile home park, potential residents should be aware that the community is a mix of older and newer homes, leading to varied conditions throughout the property. Public commentary from visitors, including individuals looking for short-term RV spots (which may be available occasionally), sometimes points to an older, more lived-in environment and potential inconsistencies in the upkeep of common areas or office spaces. Prospective long-term residents are strongly encouraged to visit the park, assess the specific lot and surrounding homes, and engage directly with the management regarding their internal application processes and the park's rules and regulations document to ensure a transparent understanding of the community standards and expectations.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1As a traveling nurse I move a lot but have a home base. I was using furnish finders but they increase prices by double for the Summer. So I applied to keep a spot at this location. Paid 120.00 for them to tell I failed the credit application. I know my credit, and I know how much I make. I really am in disbelief as to how my application for a piece of black top could happen. The office is in the back of the park and it is in some families home. Take 10 min to open the office door and you see dog food all over the floor and the place is not clean. But my good credit and clean rv was to good for thier park.....they were going to put me next to a 1997 trailer that looks like a hoarder lives there.
February 21 · HELAN HUFFMANI know people there. Apartments are being built around that trailer park and the views they had of the countryside and moon rising are leaving. Time to move out. I go only to visit.
February 16 · Robert KellyIn the last 3 years, this people friendly community has gone way downhill. The present management company has done little to improve the community and still raises the space rent in extreme jumps. It desperately needs speed limit signs, all of the mail boxes are located in an easily congested area, tenant tenants are required to make unnecessary home improvements and pay more than the spot is worth. I'm appalled
September 26 · Robert AuteryI don't think the management has any care for the tenants that reside there. They are willing to look over potential life threatening issues of the tenants . In an effort to pass liability on to someone else, when it's their responsibility to maintain a safe community for every tenant that resides there.
March 05 · I AmI know people in this park. The place is not kept up very well. I’ve seen the mailboxes. They are not safe. They are not kept up. Do not think this place is safe.
