The positive sentiment regarding "new homes being installed" and "landscaping along the front" implies a management team focused on continuous improvement and community upkeep.
Community Clubhouse: A central clubhouse is a key amenity, serving as a hub for social gatherings and activities. This facility is crucial for fostering community interaction among residents.
Heated Swimming Pool (Coming Soon/Permitted): A highly anticipated service is the community swimming pool. While one review indicates residents are "Still waiting for our pool," it also excitedly states that "now permits have been pulled," suggesting that a heated swimming pool is actively in development or soon to be installed, which will be a significant addition to the community's offerings.
Regular Updates and Improvements: The recurring theme in reviews about "changes everyday. All good. The buildings are really nice and colorful. New homes being installed in vacant lots. Landscaping along the front of our community" points to an active and ongoing process of upgrading the park's appearance and infrastructure. This commitment to continuous improvement is a valuable service to residents, ensuring the community remains modern and appealing.
Well-Kept Environment: Residents note that "Alot of the moble homes look good and well kept." While this reflects individual homeowner effort, it also suggests that the community as a whole maintains a standard of cleanliness and order, possibly through community guidelines or management oversight.

Estero Bay Village Reviews
Seems as normal as any other 55 and up trailer home communities. I see many empty lots. Gate kiosk (out dated) not a bad thing. Little hard to read though. Calm, peaceful. Alot of the moble homes look good and well kept. Was able to go inside. Some have more space then thought at first glance.
May 21, 2025 · kyle hotchkissThere's changes everyday. All good. The buildings are really nice and colorful. New homes being installed in vacant lots. Landscaping along the front of our community. Still waiting for our pool but now permits have been pulled. More to come.
Jun 14, 2022 · Joseph PerkinsVery unprofessional manager. She could not answer my questions regarding the Fair Housing rules and whether or not a 59 year old would be allowed to have their 50 year old partner live with them in the community. When I asked her for someone at corporate that could answer my question she simply told me to "google it" and then hung up on me. I would very much appreciate a call back from someone at corporate.
