The focus on a community environment, often fostered by shared spaces and neighborly interactions, can provide a strong support system and a sense of belonging, which is highly valued in Texas culture.
However, as with any living arrangement, prospective residents should always undertake their own due diligence. Visiting the park, speaking with current residents, and clarifying all terms and conditions with management, including specifics on rent, utilities, and community rules, are crucial steps. Estancia Reviews
These people are very unprofessional!! They charge so much for rent & it's not even worth what you get! Pool is NEVER open... only those who have a key can open the pool but people here are selfish & open it when they want & close it when they please not letting anybody go in.. They're lazy & can't handle things the right way
Jun 08, 2025 · ManuelaDo not rent from Cristy Arredondo. Met with her today about trailer #44. Very unprofessional. Went and met with Christy and her husband and made an agreement to meet up in the morning with money in hand and a lease to sign and not even 15 minutes after leaving the location she messaged saying it was already sold. When you shake hands with someone and agree to meet back up and sign a lease giving exact time and day when to you don’t go behind them and make another deal with someone else. This isn’t how business should be done..
Oct 02, 2024 · Kayla AlaynaI start my process to move in a couple of months a go, and what I can tell you is that Gaby make the process easy and fast, she answer all my questions, answer my calls, and give me all the information that I need. She is very friendly, helpful, and polite. I like this place the park and the area is not bad, I fell safe. Gaby is the best, thank you for making the transition easy for my, and my family...
Jun 10, 2022 · Milvia FollingstadThis place is trash! They allow predatory towing, they are never in leasing office. Ridiculous made up fines they issue and personally pocket. Legally you cannot make up rules as you go along that are not on a signed lease. Long story short, they get away with all this because the majority of the tenants are low income or illegal individuals. This place is hands down has to be the worst ran property in the DFW area. So if you don’t mine having your lots fees raised every couple of months and want to live in one of the worst managed properties in DFW, this is the place to move! But remember you were warned! When I said trash, that’s trash with a capital “ T “. Deuces!
Jul 05, 2023 · Simon The DiamondMy family and I have lived here for over 10+ years and we recommend not living here. They’re always changing management, the pool is not open. The community gates do not work. They do not care about their residents or safety of the community. “Corporate” charge almost $100 for rent late fee and more money each day after that. It’s ridiculous, for low- income residents who can barely afford to pay rent and need a place to live. They haven’t fixed the streets lights and it’s so dark. It’s so dangerous to be out at night, robbery occurs and break ins and we hear gun shots often. Do not waste your money here.
