This place can be great and it can also be the worst. If management likes you or you kiss up to them they don't bother you. If for any reason you get on their bad list its non stop harrasment. Their head handyman also loves to pick on people. There have been so many instances that are just not ok. Once time they messed with my water heater and the water was scolding, another they messed with my water line and now i cant wash the dishes and take a shower because there is not enough water pressure. Multiple calls and complaints to management and they wont fix it. Everyone else in my street has great water pressure but us. TERRIBLE management overall dont recomend to live here unless all you will come do is sleep.

In contrast, I'm still happy to see this place still standing. The people are cool and laid back and it seems everyone wants to help each other as a family one way or another.
