El Camba Manufactured Home Community Reviews
The manager is so rude and inhospitable that I am actively looking to move. I feel sorry for elderly on fixed incomes who have to deal with her . I’ve been here over 3 years and never once missed or been late on the rent. She will find the most minor and trivial things to harrass you about. Oh and give you 10 days to paint your home . Can you imagine an elderly person on a fixed income having to deal with that and that’s just one of several issues that I have had to deal with. I am now actively trying to find and contact her manager to make a formal complaint . If I could give less than 1 star I would
Oct 25, 2023 · Deb AllenWe resided at El Camba for nearly 3 years and the manager, Jeananne, was rude and unpersonable right from the beginning. She stayed on the lot tenants to maintain pristine properties, while the park owned, empty properties were falling apart and housed stray cats and rats. The water system was laughable, never upgraded or maintained and always being shut off without notice. Most of the neighbors were friendly and helpful.
Dec 03, 2023 · Tim MillsHere's the thing. As far as 55+ communities go, you could do better, but you could also do way worse. For the price you pay, it is more than fine. With that being said, before you even think about moving there, make sure you are willing to deal with the manager in charge of the community. That creature (I call her creature since she barely qualifies as human) will do everything in her power to make your life as miserable as possible. The consensus I've gotten from current residents is that she will make sure that if anything ever happens that needs to be fixed or solved, it will always be out of your pocket, even if it it common areas. She will come up with new creative ways to make you open your wallet for details that can easily be considered superfluous and unnecessary, while handling matters in the most annoying and unprofessional way possible. From what I've gathered, the residents want her fired, but so far, no soap.Long story short, before you consider getting yourself in there, ask yourself if it's really worth the hassle.
Jul 04, 2023 · Jose TorresThis review is for Kings and Queens Park. Not sure what that other name is for or how to edit it yet.Staff up front was EXTREMELY RUDE and INCONSIDERATE. I drove by and seen a wheelchair bound woman in the road. I stopped and pushed her back to a safe distance from the road. I gave her a real wheelchair since what she had was not working well. I didn't even make it back to my truck (less than 1 minute away) when I noticed a black woman threatening her to get off their property. Cops were called according to her threats. I obviously don't want to go to jail, especially over 2 strangers, but I was tempted. It was VERY DISGUSTING how that disabled woman who was CLEARLY in a state of distress was treated. That disabled woman needed help and the cops could've provided that for her if that black woman was not so threatening. I hope that lady found the help she needed and DEFINITELY hope that other office worker gets reprimanded or better yet FIRED! Hopefully she doesn't treat all of the elderly people in that park the same way.
May 26, 2022 · Jacina ReederThe place is good to live in, there are good neighbors, except for one who is the one who is the one who brings riots to the administrator. The administrator lacks empathy to talk to the residents and talk to those who live in this community. I hope that the owner of this community will take decisions with this lady.
