I bought a trailer 2 1/2 years ago and Jennifer was super nice and patient with me as I can be a bit much lol. Always has worked with me when my lawn mower went to crap and I couldn’t mow right away. Neighbors are decent. Always have one that will drive ya crazy. I’ve seen a few new homes come into the park. Wish people put their “trash” where it belongs instead of mattresses and other large items outside their homes. I do with they were more strict on that. But overall it’s a nice park out of the city limits yet close enough to stores and things to do. Usually always quiet.

The manager is amazing and very easy to work with as long as you communicate your needs she’s very willing to help! As for the maintenance man well he’s one of a kind and is always here to lend a hand. I own an older home and he is very easy to work with and super knowledgeable as is the manager! I really don’t mind living here as we wanted a place to call ours until we build our house in the country! Yes there are rules but they aren’t hard to follow! The maintenance man and the manager both are easy to work with and always willing to give advice and/or a helping hand.

I don't know what your standards are but the park is rough looking. Air conditioners looking like they were going to fall out of the windows, Dirt parking, run down homes, pot holes and poor condition homes. How does this place have positive reviews? 🤮 wouldn't want to live here on a bet.
