Echo Valley Estates Reviews
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay over my buddies trailer yet I felt as if the community had been a little touchy, Uncle Sammy cam to play with us (cornhole) and he kept rubbing my shoulder. This was probably a friendly gesture but I DID NOT appreciate it personally, would go again BUT ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK…
Feb 07, 2025 · G HjjAs a longtime elderly resident the snow this year and weather has been something else so thankful for Brian and Helen the property managers. They’ve done a great job helping us out.
Feb 12, 2025 · Jerry McStevensVery nice community the view is unbelievable, it clean homes are very nice, seems to me the owner really cares about the park
Feb 12, 2025 · Troy LoganAll they care about is their rent. Not much more. Especially about cutting the grass. They don't even cut their grass that much. People get away with a lot here. Favoritism a lot. Neglect for safety is a big issue. Sewage problems leaking and backyard since I lived here for the last 10 years. Possibly fixed don't know. Steps for never put in right. Neglected to take the old stairway away from 10 years ago. Been on them about the same problems for the last 10 years and not one thing was done ever. Until my house was hit by a vehicle on purpose three times and still let them live here for a year and a half afterwards until the house was condemned in the same person assaulted Me 2 months earlier to the point that I almost died . Fact. Then they put up a 3 in cement for parking on a flat surface. After the house was hit three times and 37,000 in damage which they said they may responsible for for neglect of safety and procrastination the biggest problem with the old manager Jr. Did not know certain things weren't up the code from the beginning just finding out now. Just finding out a lot about the place now. Been living here for 10 years with a new manager but not talk to me until she took me to court and the court was dismissed because of paying at the pothonotaries for 15 months now even more. If I didn't paid at the pathometeries I wouldn't have my receipts to prove I lived here and paid my rent. Never gave rent receipts ever that was a major problem. And still don't. Don't think it's the managers think it's the owners not one the cooperate or put money into the park anymore. Rent one up $220 in the last 10 years. And then nothing to show for it but the entrance of the park. Water problems. Putting a house next to my house that they told me they never put a house into because of drainage was wrong. And only a FEMA home would be put there cuz it's too close to the houses around it. Favoritism for the first 7 years was ridiculous. Don't think it's management think it's the owners truly. Managers always say just doing what the owners want. Still living here and it's starting to make me go crazy. No cooperation with management. Or owners
