When we got there, the woman was rude and acted like we were bothering her. She informed us that that particular mobile was more like $7000 down. I would not do business with them.

They do not enforce their rules. That is why there is so many low life, drug enthusiasts, trailer trash people here that make HORRIBLE neighbors. They have unruly kids that run the streets. Parents are even worse than the kids. Management has yet to do anything to help with this problem. Even though thy have been told plenty of times. They LET people shoot off fireworks and damage other people's property without consequence.Oh and make sure you mow your grass otherwise it could be grounds for eviction, but they don't have to keep the empty lots mowed. Its completely unheard of in this "community" for the manager and owner, whom are sisters to actually MANAGE this place.
