Eagle Crest Introduce
Eagle Crest in Firestone, Colorado, is a large manufactured home community that provides a more accessible and amenity-rich living option in the highly desirable Northern Front Range area. Contrary to some initial perceptions, Eagle Crest is an **all-ages community**, welcoming young families, working professionals, and seniors alike, making it a diverse and dynamic neighborhood. While it may be categorized as a 'Retirement community' due to the inclusion of that segment, the operational model is fully supportive of all life stages.
The park is intentionally designed to offer residents a quality, engaging lifestyle with a variety of top-notch, resort-style amenities, often exceeding those found in traditional housing developments at a similar price point. The stunning clubhouse, heated swimming pool, and fitness center act as the social and recreational hubs, encouraging an active and connected community life. Many residents who own their homes here appreciate the friendly neighbors and the overall value provided by the community facilities.
Located in a country-like setting just east of Longmont, the community is marketed as a blend of country charm and urban convenience. It boasts clear views of the majestic Rocky Mountains, allowing residents to enjoy the natural beauty Colorado is known for. The professional on-site staff aims to foster a secure, warm, and well-maintained environment, working closely with residents on everything from new home purchases to ensuring the impeccable condition of the shared amenities.
However, potential residents should be aware that the 'country setting' is not entirely secluded. As a developed area, the community sits adjacent to modern infrastructure, including I-25 to the west and various businesses, which may result in noise and dust from traffic and industrial operations—a common trade-off for a location with such excellent accessibility. Prospective buyers and renters are always encouraged to visit the specific location of the home to understand its proximity to the community boundaries and external activity.

### What is Worth Choosing
Choosing Eagle Crest is a commitment to an affordable, amenity-rich, and all-ages community lifestyle in Northern Colorado. **The primary reason to choose Eagle Crest is the superior list of communal amenities for the price point.** The availability of a clubhouse, pool, fitness center, and playground provides a quality of life often associated with higher-priced housing options.
However, the decision must be weighed against the corporate land-lease model (lot rent), which can increase over time, and the less-than-ideal proximity to busy I-25 and industrial sites, which introduces external factors like noise, dust, and security concerns noted by some long-term residents. For those prioritizing a stunning clubhouse, active recreation options, and an entry point to home ownership in a great location near Denver and Boulder, Eagle Crest is an attractive option. The community's recent efforts, such as visible security improvements and an overall high standard of amenity maintenance, demonstrate an ongoing commitment to resident well-being. It represents a practical and social choice for those seeking the Colorado Front Range lifestyle at a more accessible cost.

May 31 · Joy ChapmanZERO STARS! Long overdue. Fun Horrible Facts! 800, 400 = CORPORATE GREED MAKES WAY TOO MUCH MONEY OFF US AND THE LITTLE PIECE OF DIRT WE ARE LIVING ON! Have lived in Firestone for 26 years. Been here 8 years now and kind of stuck. Had to use an attorney to get my title. Staff changes frequently and telephone rings off the hook with no voice mail. People cut through the lots all hours of the day and night and some of them have dogs. Not feeling safe any longer. Recycling still not available. Car has been broken into 3 times now!!! Mail delivery is horrible. Never ever had a problem before EVER! Very dirty, dusty and noisy. There is I-25 and businesses to the west right behind the park, a concrete supplier to the north and empty dirt fields to the east and south of us. Should have chosen the way nicer park in Frederick. It has fencing and the homes sit on a foundation so you do not have to worry about frozen pipes and heat tape. WOW! Artificial and ridiculous P.R. response and within 24 HOURS!!! It is not about expectations it is about a great place to live and it is NOT HERE!UPDATE-MORE DISRESPECT FROM STAFF and I forgot to mention the hurricane winds that we get. Also starting to feel safe again because there is a camera on almost every house now. HOORAY. Mail is still a huge problem.
June 13 · Kandy WorleyMostly quiet park. Play ground for the kids. Swimming pool during the summer. Lot rent is high. Kids play outside year round. People walking with their dogs. Follow the rules and there won't be any problems. Some snow removal. Office staff is friendly but changes often.
December 08 · Shelly CorlissAn all new low for an already terrible place to live. Employing BusyBee towing to tow its residents vehicles for touching rocks, watched the tow truck move from one house(where he made the homeowner pay 75 dollars to drop his vehicle) to the next door neighbors who’s truck was barely touching his rocks. Also made him pay $75 dollars when he wasn’t even hooked to his vehicle yet! Sleazy if you ask me.
May 12 · NICOLE FINCHNow when we need to visit Greeley, ROMA'S is out TO GO place to eat! Servers are Always so nice and polite. We Usually arrive by 11:30ish and select the seating place on our own. We LOVE this place! One more thing to mention, their "side" salad is GREAT! See you soon, and Thanks again 👍🏽❤️
