When considering Eagle Creek Mobile Home Park for local residents in Georgia, particularly those in the Statesboro area, it is important to approach the decision with a comprehensive understanding of the living conditions as reported by past and current residents. While mobile home parks can offer an accessible entry point into the housing market, the quality of life within such a community is heavily influenced by management's commitment to maintenance and resident well-being. The reported issues regarding home repairs, septic system failures leading to sanitation concerns, and severely damaged roads present significant challenges to daily living and vehicle maintenance for residents.
Despite its location along a major highway, which offers convenient access to Statesboro's amenities, the park's internal conditions as described by residents are a critical factor to weigh. Concerns about unmaintained homes, missing copper wiring, and recurring water supply issues indicate a need for substantial improvement in the park's infrastructure and management oversight. While the premise of affordable housing is appealing, the potential for fines for yard cleanliness alongside reported neglect of common areas and essential utilities raises questions about the overall value proposition. Therefore, for locals in Georgia considering Eagle Creek Mobile Home Park, it is essential to conduct thorough due diligence, including personal visits and conversations with current residents if possible, to ascertain whether the current living conditions align with their expectations for a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained home environment.

Eagle Creek Mobile Home Park Reviews
If I could give zero stars I would. Lived here several years ago for nearly a decade before I was finally able to move, and after visiting a friend recently saw that absolutely nothing had changed. The homes aren't repaired or maintained properly. Much of the copper wiring is missing now in many of the units central air/heating. The roads will destroy your car if you're not careful. And there are still ponds worth of raw human waste in areas due to poor septic maintenance and the fact that several trailers are placed on one tank. Being grandfathered in before the laws changed nothing gets done or fixed. Their neglect and lack of care in this park is atrocious and people are better off living in their cars than trying to rent here.
Sep 20, 2024 · Elise BlahblahblahThe owners son Eric is a piece of work he wants everyone to clean their yard or get fined $100. But his yard is a nasty redneck mess. He takes a bath in his underware outside in a kiddie pool with young children playing outside, he has rigged the water pump so many times that it causes residents to be without water 2 to 3 times a week lately he called himself fixing the road two times with a rented tractor and it is still as bad as it was it will ruin you vehicle this is the worse place to live...
Jul 15, 2024 · Phillip MciverLove the landlord just make sure you driving through here with like a car with good suspension because the roads are absolutely horrible and they will tear up your vehicle and I don't know who you would call in order to get that fixed so just make sure you have a really high car nothing with bad shocks cuz you won't make it out they really need to do something about the roads it's really uncalled for
