Jan 31, 2025 · Maria MoralesLived here 8 years but with property values rising and owners handing down to younger family members that seam to be more into money than the senior residents that live on fixed income seeing $$$ signs raised rents as much as 300 & 600 on people there to get older people and older homes out so they could raise everyone to the same amount knowing that they can't sell then buying on the cheep till lawsuits were brought and city counsel meeting's attended and people abandoned there trailer's. Never did any upgrades but rent's were fair now they are doing some as a show but never had more than a few empty homes a year now more than 20 every month. Shame on you taking advantage of senior's with limited income and dip into city money for a seinor park then seeing property values going up screw over your residence to get richer beware if you buy here don't trust read the fine print carefully because the will lie while telling you don't worry.
