Driftwood Mobile Home Park Introduce
Welcome to Driftwood Mobile Home Park, an established and appealing manufactured home community situated in Woodburn, Oregon, dedicated to providing comfortable and affordable living for residents who are 55 and older. Tucked away in North Marion County, this community offers a peaceful, age-qualified neighborhood environment that is highly valued by its long-term residents. It presents a cost-effective alternative to traditional retirement housing in the competitive Willamette Valley real estate market.
Driftwood Mobile Home Park focuses on creating a truly neighborly atmosphere. Many residents consistently highlight the existence of friendly neighbors as one of the community's greatest assets, contributing to a sense of belonging and mutual support. This close-knit environment is ideal for seniors looking to downsize while maintaining an active social life within their immediate surroundings. Homes in the park often feature desirable amenities, such as ADA accessibility features like ramps, cathedral ceilings, modern kitchens, and comfortable floor plans, with typical offerings including 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom homes.
The community's clubhouse serves as the central hub for activities, promoting social engagement. However, the park's management has historically been a source of mixed feedback. While the property itself is generally regarded as a "nice enough place to live" and well-maintained—with recent land use discussions focusing on improving perimeter landscaping—some residents have expressed concerns regarding management fairness and internal social cliques. For prospective residents, it is important to balance the widely praised community environment and affordability with these reported management challenges, and to conduct thorough due diligence by speaking with various residents. Despite the potential for internal "drama" noted in some reviews, the core appeal of affordable 55+ living in a convenient location remains the primary draw.

Driftwood Mobile Home Park Reviews
Driftwood is a real nice 55 and older community. I like living here, friendly neighbors and right between I5 and route 99 in north Marion county.
December 02 · Kenneth HaarsagerNice enough place to live. Management could be more helpful though. Manager has her own click that she does special things for. Manager has her little poker, drinking buddies meet in the clubhouse on Thursday nights. If you want to live here be ready for drama.
January 29 · Chris JeffreyThis is a 55+ facility with most of the residents on a fixed income. The only concern of management and owner is to make money. Many of the driveways need repairs but won't happen. Residences are repeatedly told "rent will go up" if things are fixed as should be. No one will speak up for fear of retaliation due to past instances. It's a shame. Location is good for retirees. Close to restaurants, shopping and medical.
January 07 · Bob ElyeaI've been here for about 9 years. It's a nice quiet 55+ park. Management is good.
August 12 · Michelle PotterPretty cool, you can get movies and watch em in your room from the office. They got games too
