Dominion Oaks RV Park Reviews
Great RV park. Bathrooms are cleaner and more updated than my house! Ground is very hard packed, sites level, electric is great. The Internet is fast and well thought out with great signals throughout the park. 5g cell phone service is great, too (full bars). I've been here a week so far. Stable 120v, even when loaded. Water pressure is perfect 50-55psi. you don't even need a regulator. I was worried about road noise being so close to the road, but it was dead silent. I can even sit outside and barely hear cars, some sort of wizardry going on. Mike, the owner, is amazing too. I stopped by to visit to check the park out, and he invited me in, showed me a few spots, and answered all of my questions.
May 30, 2025 · Joshua StampI stayed at this RV park for about 3 months and had a great experience. The owner and staff are very friendly and always around to keep the park clean, organized, and running smoothly. The place feels very safe, there’s a gated entrance with a code, which helps control who comes in. The price was also better than other parks in the area. I didn’t have any issues during my stay and would definitely recommend it!
Jun 10, 2025 · Edwar CabreraNew RV Park as of 2025. Thoughtfully designed, in a very convenient location near grocery stores and gas stations. Great on-site dog park, walking trails, and public picnic areas. Lots of shade trees. Hookups are conveniently placed. Bathrooms are clean, bright, and well-stocked. On-site laundry with new machines. Manager / co-owner, Mike, is super friendly and helpful. Really great experience. Highly recommend!
Apr 10, 2025 · Chris Brinlee Jr4.9 stars for this new rv park. Mike and Adam are SOOOO friendly and courteous. They checked on us throughout our stay. They even sent a text after we left to wish us safe travels. The bathrooms are clean and spacious and private. My one recommendation would be to add paper towels or a hand drier to the handicap bathroom. The laundry room has 2 washers and 2 driers that are clean, work well, and are FREE! We were in site 20, and it was fairly level as long as we didn't pull forward too far. Sites are gravel with full hookups. Plenty of pull-through spots and back-in spots There is a dollar store right next door. Easy access on and off freeway. It is gated and they have security cameras. We felt very safe there. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Price is reasonable. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.
Jan 25, 2025 · Alice StanfordCute little RV park. Situated between a busy road and the back of a subdivision. The dog park is very nice. Walking trail is nice but unfinished. The RV spots are level but tiny. I was grateful there were empty spots next to us this trip.
