Dogwood Park Reviews
Feels like family and home. Been here over a year and plan on staying. I love the security and law patrol. Owners are absolutely wonderful and caring. If you are don't need amenities and just a place to call home this is your park.
Jul 21, 2023 · Susan BetheaVery quiet and comfortable. Limited amenities for RVs and owners prefer long term tenants, but have plans to upgrade. Convenient to Gulf Coast and Pensacola without the high ticket. We hope to come back next winter.
Feb 18, 2018 · Ann HuntOwners are unprofessional and VERY unorganized. We had to drill the lock out of a trailer in order to look inside of it. The person that first showed us the trailer was a CHILD! No older than 12! The grandfather that we spoke to after wards said he picks the doors of occupied residents to "check" on them. There is a 50 application fee witch I'm sure is just to get a free 50 bucks because the daughter Lisa who is suppose to be handling the paperwork does not return phone calls or make them for that matter. It was like pulling teeth just to find out if we were approved! Don't waste your time with these people. The park is ran down anyways.
Jan 19, 2018 · Hope CoburnNot a bad place to live. My daughter moved in there and loves it.
Mar 23, 2024 · Kimberly MurphyGreat quiet place. New owner has cleaned up the park and got rid of some bad eggs...price is good just wish spot was bigger.
