This can be a significant appeal for those who prefer fewer layers of governance in their living environment. Apr 16, 2025 · EmilyThis is the go to park, based on my over 9 years of comparison of the numerous"Parks" in the 33870 Zip Code. Unlike most places, there is NOT a problem with a"Condo Commando, Home Owners Association" type group (there isn't one here) and Management as well as the owner is Very easy to work with. I highly recommend here as the best for both brief stays with your travel trailer/ Camper and or as I do to live full time home address.
Jul 07, 2021 · gen kolThe manager Megan could not be nicer , she is so friendly and when something needs to be done she is right there to get it done , she is respectful and knowledgeable and she is trying to get everything done that the last manager couldn’t and didn’t . Jan 11, 2024 · Mark BuranI lived here for 10 months. I used my talents and social skills and held celebrations. I held a memorial celebration free of charge. Everyone received a tree of life charm and water lanterns to put out on the lake in memory of their loved ones. I help Mardi gras parties and many others for the community. The only thing was most of the people are not social in fact they are miserable. They are alcoholics and sad. I recently returned there to visit a friend. I was planning to stay two weeks but they asked me to leave after two days. There are double standards, they lie. Money talks in that park. It also helps if your of Hispanic origin. The beach isn't maintained and they allow a huge house boat to block the beach area. I would keep scrolling if I were you.
Sep 20, 2022 · Teresa MenkThis park is a joke. There's no maintenance no lawn care. All water facet leaking and it smells. The dock is almost gone. But they keep raising the rent.
