Denver Meadows R.V. Park Introduce
For RV enthusiasts and travelers needing a long-term base in the bustling Denver metropolitan area, **Denver Meadows R.V. Park** in Aurora, Colorado, serves as a practical, year-round option. Located at a key junction that offers quick access to the city's highlights and essential services, this park is designed for those who prioritize location and full utility hookups over resort-style luxury. It primarily functions as a "no-frills" facility, focusing on providing the fundamental necessities for a hassle-free stay for modern recreational vehicles.
The park's unique selling proposition is its ability to offer full hookup sites (water, sewer, and electric) year-round, a crucial benefit in Colorado's changing seasons. This level of service is particularly appealing to long-term residents or travelers who are working in the area and need a stable, connected place to park their home. As a long-standing fixture in the community, the park caters specifically to RVs, noting that it does not accommodate dry camping or tents, ensuring a consistent environment for RV life.
It is important for prospective guests to note that, as a park under new ownership, Denver Meadows R.V. Park is currently experiencing a period of transition. Recent resident feedback indicates that while the staff, particularly the office personnel, are known to be helpful and kind, the physical condition of the property, including some spots and common amenities like restrooms and laundry facilities, has been reported as needing significant improvement and maintenance. Guests should approach their stay with a practical mindset, understanding that the park offers essential utility services and a great location, but may lack the pristine presentation or extensive recreational amenities of a premium resort. The commitment of new ownership to elevate the property's condition remains a key factor for the future experience.
Denver Meadows R.V. Park is a resource for those who value convenience, essential services, and a stable, year-round base of operations near Denver. It provides a pragmatic solution for affordable RV residency in an otherwise costly urban environment, and the community benefits from its prime positioning.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Very bare bones, very run down the spots are not maintained. We were told to walk around and find a ln open spot that had working electric and water because not all worked but they didn't have a map of what worked or not. Many of them had exposed wires and looked unsafe. It is not in a good part of town and didn't feel very safe there. It does have pull through spots and those that work are full hookups with 30 and 50 option on all the ones we checked. We had no other options due to poor plan ahead on our part and we stayed for 3 night. Everything worked out, no issues but didn't feel safe and comfortable and won't be back.
July 27 · Mandee AndersonThis park needs improvement. We have stayed at Denver Meadows RV Park multiple times in the last year and since the change of ownership the property needs some TLC. There are also people staying here who are trashing parts of the property that are meant for everyone to use. Everything at the park is looking pretty rough and it's hard to find bathrooms, showers, washers, and dryers that aren't filthy or not working. It takes management as well as people staying here respecting property as well as other people. It is possible that the new owners will find a great hanunan
July 12 · Erika RobinsonWound up not staying here. When we called ahead, they told us to just call when we got here, and they would get us checked in. I'm glad I didn't pay for a reservation over the phone. When we arrived at 7pm, we called and got no answer. Tried 3 times, still no answer. We decided the area wasn't very safe and secure anyway and pressed on for the 5 hour drive home. They finally tried to return my call 3 hours later when we were 150 miles away. This place is not worth the time it took to look them up. Find somewhere else.
July 15 · Erik LarsonAlot of power boxes didnt work and when you opened up some of them were filled with yellow jackets there were alot of people parking their cars in the next lot so it was very hard to find an open lot with a little tlc this place could be very nice
July 22 · kimmie wildgirl1Keep looking. For $60 a night you get pedestals with wires hanging out, long term residents that don’t maintain their lots and everything on the property is in disrepair. 10 showers and only one works. The messiest laundry room I’ve ever seen, an empty pool, a sun deck that is locked. When at the dog park your view across the river is of homeless people in tents. Definitely not worth $60 a night.
