Deerfield Run Pointe Mobile Home Park Reviews
Winter roads not treated, park has no plow truck has a side by side what a joke. Rentals are the highest in the city. Rent a brick and mortar home for those prices, shameful. A porch light is brighter than the street solar power lights. 50% of those mobiles have algae green growth on siding
Jan 25, 2025 · Chitty Chitty Bang Bang5/1/22 Update- been here almost a year, can't wait to move out.. storm doors are still broken, manager ignores requests, my electric bill was over $375 from January til May! Will post pic of bill.. Walls and floors are not insulated, windows are not winterproof either, our agreement included free trash, that only lasted a couple of months, they started charging Us for trash.. they did not honor our contract..for a 3 bed, 2 bath we're paying $1045 (that includes $25 x month fee for a small dog).. think twice before considering this place..- I signed up for one year in lease for one of the homes at Deerfield Run on June 8th , the house has several issues that needed to be addressed by management before Us moving in from out of state the weekend of the 4th of July, issues as: storm doors are broken( glass an screens), the house smells dirty due to the grime and trash inside the vents that were never cleaned, the outside light cover is broken and glass was left on the floor, bathroom vents clogged with dirt, storage shed its full of trash, mattresses and household items... our family came by the house several times to check on the progress with maintenance and filled Us in on any other issues.. nothing got done..We kept contacting management, the sales/ leasing office staff named Bill, and the response we always got its - "yes don't worry, I'll send my maintenance guy over" well.. we finally moved in last week and absolutely nothing has been done.. went physically to the office after moving in to also report a toilet leaking, and was told the same old quote.. still waiting on the maintenence guy.... if I can help anyone with this review, do not trust management with "we'll take care of this before moving in" RED FLAG . for sure we will NOT be renewing our lease once it's over or buying a house with this company.
May 05, 2022 · Andrea CIf you’re thinking of living here, DONT!!! Just RUN!!! Management is a joke, they can’t keep managers, they nitpick and charge an outrageous amount for lost rent/rent. You pay for THEIR property taxes on top of your own, if you miss specific mow dates then it’s a $230 charge for a MOBILE HOME. They blame everything on the health inspectors for the county, but upon calling they stated the “infractions” claimed by management was not their doing nor what they even do!!! If you don’t like what management is doing (which is anything they want) there is no way to contact THEIR boss nor do they give you their boss’s name. This place is ghetto and doesn’t do anything for their residents!
