This article aims to provide a clear, engaging, and factual overview of Deerfield Mobile Home Park, offering valuable insights for individuals and families considering this type of housing in the region.
Choosing a place to live is a significant decision, and understanding all aspects of a mobile home park is crucial. Unlike traditional apartments or single-family homes, mobile home parks typically involve renting a lot where residents place their own manufactured homes. This arrangement often appeals to those who desire a sense of ownership over their living space without the full commitment of purchasing land, or who are seeking more budget-friendly housing options. Deerfield Mobile Home Park represents this model, providing a foundation for residents to build their lives within a community setting.

This address places it squarely within Mineral Wells, a community nestled in Wood County, West Virginia. While Mineral Wells offers a more relaxed, suburban atmosphere compared to larger cities, its location provides residents with good accessibility to nearby amenities and larger towns.
For residents of Deerfield Mobile Home Park, accessing daily necessities and services is relatively straightforward. While Mineral Wells itself offers some local conveniences, residents can easily reach a broader range of shopping, dining, and entertainment options in the nearby city of Parkersburg, just a short drive away. Healthcare facilities, including Camden Clark Medical Center, are also accessible, ensuring residents have access to medical care when needed. Educational institutions, such as Mineral Wells Elementary School, Jackson Middle School, and Parkersburg South High School, serve the area, making the park’s location suitable for families with children. As is common in many rural and suburban areas of West Virginia, personal vehicle ownership is generally necessary for convenient transportation, as public transit options are limited. The park’s location allows for easy commuting to employment centers in both Mineral Wells and Parkersburg.

Deerfield Mobile Home Park Reviews
Rent is 150 and all other bills are your responsibility... It ends up being at least 245 for your water, sewer, trash, and lot rent. When we lived in oaks trailer park the last five years before the owners passed away it was 200 month for all these bills together but Denise is very cooperative if you are having hard times and understanding. The road is awful now but she had a company look into laying black top down so that'll be nice. The price isn't really bad. Overall I'm happy with this place and the nice people that live here. 5-21-2018 updated to 5 stars now that we went from worst to best asphault road in any mobile home park in whole city, owner listened to our pleas, thank you Denise! Hope the rent doesn't raise too much 150 for just lot and no utilities is a lot compared to what I was used to last 5 years, we had nice paved roads and driveways there too
