Deer Run Mobile Home Park

2.0
Absolutely NO STARS! I clicked one star only because it would not let me rate if I didn't. This place is a dump!!! My granddaughter pays $1095.00 a month for an old trailer that is literally falling apart. If an inspector was to see what it looks like they would most likely condemn the place. The landlord does nothing to fix the issues. Currently, the bathroom floor is caving in, there is black mold growing all over the house, the ceiling leaks, the water line has a leak so the water can not be used or the bathroom floods. This place should be torn down. I will be getting her out of this mess even though a year lease was signed because these people have definitely not stood up on their end of the deal. - Linda Sanpedro
