And the owner refused to fix it until we reported him. After he was ordered to fix it he started harrassing my parents. My parents were buying the mobil home and renting a lot in this park. He threaten to evict them without ant cause knowing they were on a fix income and coukdnt afford to move the home. I would not recommend renting a lot from him
