Deep Lake Resort Introduce
Tucked away just south of Olympia, the Deep Lake Resort offers a unique and tranquil RV experience that sets it apart from typical transient campgrounds. This destination is not just an RV park; it’s a private, gated, extended-stay resort designed specifically for adults seeking a peaceful, long-term haven in the Pacific Northwest. Established in 1926, the resort carries a sense of history and permanence, often described by its residents as a “piece of heaven” nestled right on the shore of a beautiful, spring-fed lake.
Deep Lake Resort is perfectly situated for those who wish to combine convenient city access with immediate proximity to nature. It caters to a discerning clientele who prioritize a quiet, well-maintained community. The emphasis here is on long-term comfort and security, which is reflected in the amenities and the private, gated entrance that ensures a secluded and safe environment for residents.
While the resort is primarily focused on long-term tenancy, its outstanding location bordering Millersylvania State Park makes it an attractive choice for any RV traveler looking for an authentic and prolonged Pacific Northwest experience. It offers a unique opportunity to immerse oneself in the wooded surroundings and water activities of Deep Lake while enjoying a high level of essential amenities designed for a permanent-like residence.
The resort is an excellent alternative to standard state park camping for those with longer stays in mind, providing a more stable and amenity-rich environment than is typically available. The serene setting, with boat moorage and direct lake access, makes it especially appealing to boaters and anglers who are looking for more than a brief stopover.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1After living here for nearly 4 years..(that in itself should say something🙄) we can honestly say it IS a piece of heaven in the Pacific Northwest. Nestled on Deep Lake and within walking distance of Millersylvania State Park. A convenient boat dock and fishing, picnic tables, sheltered picnic areas, free WiFi and basic cable. Kris and Tom will be happy to show you around.
February 05 · David McLaughlinThis is a beautiful place. I would love to live there.
July 18 · Sherry CarpenterMy son used to live thereGreat owners!
September 17 · Jim FreemanThe owners consistently make me feel uncomfortable and it’s bordering on harassment at this point. My husband and I are looking for somewhere else to live after only being here for a few months. Highly aggressive and confrontational. The grounds are beautiful and the other boarders are lovely. We have had zero problems with anything else. Other people have written glowing reviews on the owners. That makes it even more confusing. I’ve never had this kind of issue with any other landlord or management staff. It’s bonkers.
October 28 · Anna CooperWe have lived here for 4 years. It is the absolute best place to live in the Olympia area. Tom and Kris are lovely people and really care about.their tenants and the property. We are moving to California in a couple of weeks and sadly, we know we will never find a place like this. We will.miss it terribly
