We were welcomed by Cindy who was very friendly, helping us with information about the area, the Creeper trail, the beautiful Evening Primrose that blooms each evening there at the park, and adding extra days when we just werent ready to leave! This is a small park that backs up to the Laurel Creek, walking distance to shops, distillery, dining options, farmers market, and bike shops. Hop on The Creeper just down the block. With our e-bikes we were able to do to the whole Creeper trail, some days we rode to Abingdon and others to White Top Station. Abingdon is just a short drive for nights out, dining and theater. This park is a perfect spot for exploring the area! We hope to be back soon and see more of the area!Highly recommend! Also, all the flowers around the office and fire pit area are gorgeous! - Tammy VanBuskirk
