Dallas Melissa RV and Tiny Home Park Reviews
This is a great place to stay. Full hookups (water, power, sewer). A dumpster to use. There is train tracks directly behind the back line of spaces but I think I maybe heard it 3 or 4 times? Not bad. It’s directly off a main road so there is some traffic noise. And there is NO amenities. No office, no laundry, no bathrooms, no showers. I didn’t need any of that so it was no big deal. The people were nice. Quiet. Everyone kept to themselves pretty much. Awesome experience. Will definitely stay here again!
Jun 02, 2025 · Shaina HouseLoved our month stay here! They had great service and made it easy. We chose this destination because it’s 10mins from our daughter who was having our grandson. With all the unknowns I had to extend my reservation a couple of times and they made it so easy. I worked from here as well and WiFi was great. As their website says there is no frills but it had all the necessities, was safe, well lit, nice surroundings, close to the 75 and 121, close to lots of food options, and had beautiful sunsets! We will be back.
Aug 19, 2024 · Angelina JonesWould have loved to stay here, but a life event called me away from Texas and I had to cancel my reservation. I enjoyed my stay at their other location and was looking forward to staying here. The staff is nice and worked to accommodate for my income. The 30% fee to cancel the reservation seemed a bit excessive and put me in a rough situation. Would have rated 5 stars if the cancelation fee was priced more reasonably.
Apr 08, 2025 · David BendellThe park is clean, well lit, but best of all, flat and paved. Easy access to highway, as it is just off the highway. We liked it as it was close to the kids. There aren't really any extras, but they do a great job communicating.
Dec 27, 2024 · Rose HendricksonWe spent the night on here on our way to Galveston. Reservations were a breeze, communication from the company via email and text was amazing, and the park was spotless! Level spots, and very well lit at night. Price is very reasonable for a clean, safe place to stay on the road. We will be back!
