Jun 11, 2025 · Ramon GonzalezOmg moved here in 2020 wasn't a great place at first because of the unprofessional park managers. And no properties we're cleaned up . But man now we have a great new park manager such a wonderful woman actually comes out and associates with everyone and go (Gary and Angel) the best maintenance crew ever. Always working and keeping the park looking great. And always involved with the residents.
Jun 05, 2025 · Julia GoodmanThis past October made three years since I purchased my box. It started out like the Wild West. You lived here you were on your own. Like a prison with no guards. Now we have our own Jim Lahey and Randy on golf carts. They got rid of Ricky and Julian. Bubbles still around. Barb keeps Lahey and Randy in line. The park has come a long way. A++
Jun 10, 2025 · Angel RiveraDon’t walk, RUN!The owners 6yrs ago charged $450 lot rent and whatever your individual water usage was separately. Sold the park. Then the new owners upped the lot rent to $825, took away all of the amenities. Park manager handed out a bunch of bogus fines and pocketed the money. Claimed water was now part of lot rent to justify the $375 increase, then sold the park.New owners are now going to be charging water on top of the upped lot rent and the amenities are still unavailable. The recent review saying that the pool is great is absolutely fake. The pool has been closed down for like FIVE years 😂. Last owners built a fancy new fence around it to pretend to be making improvements.Park across the street still charges $525, has a pool that is actually open, a basketball court, community center, sports field, and laundry machines that actually get your clothes clean. You can find better MHPs with lower rent just about anywhere else that isn’t owned by Homes of America like Cypress MHP is.
