The lot rent hikes started before the pandemic did, so it's not just inflation. No improvements to the community or road repairs have been made, though it has been promised by management for the past few years.December 2022: No improvements/changes. Pot holes are getting bigger and bigger.February 2023: Pot holes were filled with dirt in January. Notices were sent Feb. 14th regarding an increase in lot rent. $455 monthly plus additional fees to go into effect on April 1st, 2023.October 2023: About 1/2-3/4 of the neighborhood regularly smells like sewage. This has been going on for about 2 months. Pot holes were refilled with dirt again last month, following major storms that caused down trees. Management did not clear the trees from the road, but residents did. Management removed the trees that residents cleared from the road a few days later.August 2024: Lot rent increase notice sent on Aug. 18th. New rate begins October 1st, 2024. Neighborhood still regularly smells like sewage. Still a high turnover of property managers, though the current one has been more pleasant than those before. The potholes were reasonably patched since Oct. 2023 update. No other improvements, but rates continue to increase, and new mobile homes continue to be brought in by the property owners. As existing lots have been filled, places on the property are being evaluated as possible locations for new mobile home sites/lots.
Feb 25, 2025 · Annie SeipleNot a good place to live. It used to be a decent place but with new management under Stack House Properties, it has become unbearable to live here.Without notice, the water is cut off up to three days at least once a month; manager is being changed every other month; you can never contact anyone via phone or email to file claims or ask questions. The only thing they are good for is to collect money and FINE people for ridiculous things that lack any reasoning. The streets need attention as they are full of holes. If you are planning to live here I invite you to inform yourself by contacting active residents who can share their situation with you.If you have any luck to get in touch with management, they will try to intimidate you but saying they will kick you out. In addition if you share with them any of your needs or suggestions for improving the living situation in this place, they will find a way to FINE as a way to intimidate you.
Apr 04, 2020 · SalVery nice trailer park. All the yards had been mowed. The entrance to the trailer park was very nice and welcoming. There wasn't a bunch of kids running in the middle of the parking lot. No loud music. It was very peaceful. If there was an opportunity, I would choose this place to live
Aug 11, 2018 · Robert “Robbie” EllisonStay away from this place!!!!!Take a couple minutes to inform yourself, you will be glad you did. This place is a joke , it's been for the past 10 years .I have relatives that have live here for the past 16 years but they are afraid to post a review. They don't want the owners to take revenge like the old owners did , even know it's not right but the old owners where bad on that area especially a guy that worked for them named Bryan he was very inappropriate to tenants and very disrespectful to all the tenants he did not have a clue about anything. They change owners this year and its really not different from the previous matter fact the old owners at least they answered the phone but this new owners don't even answer or return phone callsALSO BEWARE OF THE JUNKIES THAT THEY GOT WORKING IN THE PARK RIGHT NOW , they will walk through the homes wandering around , it's very uncomfortable when you dont feel safe . My relatives should leave this place and I been asking them to find another place to live but they keep waiting for things to change and I dont think it will happen. They stop renting to people and made people buy the mobile homes they where living on and if they did not wanted to buy they had to leave .The new management is called stackhouse properties LLC check the reviews they got on their page and on the better business bureau and you will confirm what I am writing.Plus they had some issues with a guy named Richard he promised a lot things when he got the park but now nobody can get a hold of him.PLUS THE PLACE SMELLS LIKE SEWER ALMOST ALL THE TIME .if someone knows where to report this please leve your comment here.Thank you for reading and I hope this helps .
Nov 26, 2018 · Esteban GarcíaI’m very disappointed of this place they promised me a lot of thing when I moved in. And now it’s a nightmare. If I need help fixing something they don’t do it right. They just care about the money. The top problem is the water and the road( lots of pot holes) and I can’t contact management we are on our own. The only thing they are good at is collecting fine money. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!
