Crestwood Manufactured Home Introduce
For Oregonians seeking an affordable path to homeownership without sacrificing the privacy of a detached residence, **Crestwood Manufactured Home Park** in St. Helens offers a compelling option. Located in the beautiful Columbia County region of the state, this community is categorized as an **all-ages mobile home park**, welcoming individuals, families, and retirees alike. This type of community provides residents with the chance to own a modern manufactured home while leasing the lot underneath, making it a budget-conscious alternative to traditional site-built homes.
Homes within Crestwood often showcase contemporary features, including open-concept layouts, high-end kitchen finishes like granite countertops and islands, and practical elements such as laundry rooms and large primary suites. Many units are built with quality construction standards, such as 2x6 framing, and feature upgrades like vinyl frames and double-pane windows, promoting energy efficiency and comfort year-round. The goal of this community is to provide residents with a comfortable, secure living environment where they can build equity in their home while benefiting from the infrastructure and managed services provided by the park.
A key aspect of life in Crestwood, as with any manufactured home community, revolves around shared responsibility for the neighborhood’s appearance and adherence to park rules. Current and former residents have noted that while the community is generally made up of good people, the overall aesthetic quality can depend on every resident’s commitment to property maintenance. The community is managed to ensure a standard of living is upheld, which includes rules regarding yard maintenance, exterior cleanliness, and general site upkeep. Prospective residents should understand that maintaining a clean and respectable home and yard—as well as adhering to rules against excessive litter or unkept areas—is essential for a positive, safe, and friendly neighborhood atmosphere that reflects well on all who live there.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I know a couple living there and their home is cleaned up unlike the rest of the homes there. If you don't want to take care of a nice yard then don't buy a place that has a yard, or hire someone to do it, but don't leave all the garbage and remnants in or around your Manuf. Home it makes the rest of the neighborhood look like crap. Although you don't care if your neighbors don't like it, look what it does on the reflection of you. Everyone should make time to clean up your rented or owned home, have some respect for yourself and your safety becuz it does draw in mice and rats to unkept areas. Rodents carry disease. If you touch something they have walked across and urinated on it then you don't wash your hands and eat something with your hands. That's all it takes folks! Grow up and have respect for yourself and others friends and family AND Strangers that could be a new friend.
June 01 · Michelle AndexlerI've been here along time and we have alot of nice homes here and some not so nice.the people who live here seem to be OK for the most part and some think they don't have to follow park rules and some that are just freaking nosey and don't care what their neighbors think of them..all and all its affordable and your home is what you make it but there are rules just like in any park..
August 30 · Tammie OsbornI moved in here last August. It's a nice place to live. Lots of Friendly Neighbors. Fairly Quiet but not like a Graveyard. Most of the Yards are small and you just rent your space. But almost everyone has done some Landscaping, showing Pride in their Home. Some are even fully Fenced. If you're coming here for the first time, ask before you come how to get to where you want to be! Unit Numbers are NOT what you expect!! (Odd may be on left OR right. NONStandard sequence. Unit Numbers NOT always visible.)We have quite a few Kids around where I live and they are in the Streets, riding their Bikes, Skateboards, Scooters, etc or playing Ball which makes the Speed Bumps essential. And boy are there Speed Bumps! 14 of them to get to my place! No parking on the Street. But there are several Guest Parking Areas scattered around.
September 20 · NettaNo frills High micro management but I always felt safe I was a good manager of my property . The rent going up every year is what made me sell
October 24 · Cheri FeltonSuch a nice little community nested at the end of st helens. There are so many speed bumps of verying degrees that it would be quite impossible to get hit by a car as a pedestrian. Plus the quiet sounds of wildlife at night are very soothing. The homes are nice and well maintained. Thete id s high caliber og people who live there and they are very friendly.
