Crestview Mobile Home Park Reviews
Their homes are NOT worth 800 a month, the toilets will run but they will not fix them, you get violations for things you didn't even do, they seem all nice at first but don't be caught walking at 9:30 when curfew is 10. They have rules on animals which is fine until the lady down the street has the breed of dog you aren't allowed to have. The families there are a mix of nice and quiet, and rude and in your business. The amount of drama within this park is horrendous, especially for someone who didn't want to leave their own trailer because of it. So unless you're rich, expect a $300 water bill, bathrooms and electricity that won't work, BUGS, and much much more.
Nov 02, 2020 · Angie Shannon (Alex)This mobile home park is very clean all the time. The manager promptly addresses inquiries that has been bought to her attention. If there is anything anyone done, helps with, etc no matter how big or small the job they will help you. The tenants are respectful of others privacy and are friendly.
Mar 12, 2020 · Penny CaudillI can honestly say moving here was a big MISTAKE. This place, the people who run it are SHADY. The kids that live here have nothing, no playgrounds, swings, nothing. And now because this place has gotten so bad with its MANAGEMENT the kids dont even come out side anymore, or the adults. And lord forbid you buy a swing for your kid or something for them to do out side you will get a violation for keeping it in your yard, that you pay 450 bucks a month for. You can't live your life and be happy here. Dont move here. Dont have them move your tailer here. There is better out there...
