Place is disgusting, managers make false promises to fix the already falling apart homes. On top of that they want to charge almost 1000$. Definitely would not recommend. Trash always in yards dogs running freely. They informed me I have a sewer leak under my trailer last month haven’t seen them since. We are terminating our lease as early as possible.

The new managers have party’s for the kids on holidays, cookies and coffee in the mornings. They seem to be really nice people.
