However, it's important to note that the quality and consistency of these services, as perceived by residents, can vary.
- Lot Leasing: The primary service offered is the leasing of individual lots where residents place or purchase their manufactured homes. This lot rent typically covers the use of the land and access to the park's infrastructure.

- Management Oversight: A management team is responsible for the overall operation of the park, including enforcing rules, handling maintenance of common areas, and addressing resident concerns. Resident feedback indicates challenges with management responsiveness and communication.
- Common Area Maintenance: While residents are responsible for their individual lots, park management is typically responsible for maintaining common areas, roads, and shared facilities. Resident reviews suggest issues with common area upkeep and responsiveness to maintenance requests (e.g., "bees keeping people from getting the mail").
- Yard Work/Maintenance Expectations: Residents are expected to maintain their individual lots, and the park may impose charges for yard work if standards are not met, which has been a point of contention for some residents.
- Pet Policy: The park has a pet policy, though residents report extra charges for owning a pet, even if they own their trailer.
Based on the provided resident reviews, it's important to present the features and highlights of Crescent Hills Mobile Home Park with transparency, acknowledging both its intended offerings and the experiences of its residents.

- Location on a Main Street: Being situated on West Market Street in Logansport provides convenient access to the city's amenities and transportation routes.
- Established Community: As a mobile home park, it represents an established community with existing infrastructure and a resident base.
It is important to acknowledge that resident feedback also highlights significant challenges, which include:
- Issues with Home Livability & Maintenance: Residents report concerns about homes not being suitable for year-round living, issues with "new roofing" leading to leaks and mold, and difficulties in getting agreed-upon repairs or inspections.
- Unsupervised Children & Damages: There are frequent reports of unsupervised children causing incidents, including broken windows, significant car damages, and even damage to homes (e.g., "having a bat taken to our house").
- Management & Communication Issues: Residents describe management as "extremely judgmental" and frequently complaining. Concerns about transparency in billing (e.g., yard work charges despite resident efforts) and responsiveness to maintenance needs (e.g., "bees keeping people from getting the mail") are also noted.
- Frequent Water Outages & Uncompensated Inconvenience: Residents report that water is "off several times a year," with one instance lasting "almost a full week without water," and no compensation for the inconvenience despite full lot rent being charged.
- Annual Lot Rent Increases: Lot rent is reportedly raised every year.
- Lack of Peace: Overall, residents describe a lack of peace in the neighborhood due to issues with children and frequent complaints from park personnel.

For Hoosiers in the Logansport area, the suitability of Crescent Hills Mobile Home Park as a place to live heavily depends on individual priorities and a thorough understanding of the challenges highlighted by current residents. On the one hand, the park offers an alternative path to housing, particularly for those seeking pet-friendly options in Logansport, which can be a significant advantage. Its location on a main street provides convenient access to local amenities, which is a practical benefit for daily life. The opportunity to own a mobile home can also be an appealing aspect for those looking for a more affordable form of homeownership compared to traditional housing.
However, prospective residents must be fully aware of the significant concerns frequently voiced by residents. Issues such as homes potentially not being livable year-round due to structural problems (e.g., "pouring water thru our house creating mold"), frequent water outages without compensation, and unexplained charges ("$60 for yard work we’ve already done") are serious points of contention. The repeated complaints about unsupervised children causing damage (e.g., "broken window," "$5000 in damages to our car," "bat taken to our house") and a perceived "extreme Prejudice" and "extremely judgmental" management contribute to a described "no peace here in this neighborhood." The annual increases in lot rent and additional pet fees, even for homeowners, also add to the financial burden without apparent reciprocal benefits.
Given these recurring issues, while Crescent Hills Mobile Home Park might initially appear as an affordable housing option in Logansport, Indiana, the extensive negative feedback from residents suggests that the quality of living might be severely compromised. For locals considering this park, it is absolutely paramount to exercise extreme caution and conduct extensive due diligence. This should include direct communication with management to clarify all fees, policies, and maintenance responsibilities, ideally obtaining all agreements in writing. Visiting the park, and if possible, speaking with current residents on site, would also provide invaluable firsthand insight into the true living conditions and community atmosphere. Only with a comprehensive understanding of these factors can an individual in Indiana determine if Crescent Hills Mobile Home Park is truly a suitable and sustainable place to call home.

Crescent Hills Mobile Home Park Reviews
We actually live here and own our trailer. Extreme Prejudice all the way around. We fought for two months to get an agreement to buy the house and when we did we were told we couldn’t get it checked out or have anything fixed or it’d be another 6 months. Two months in we find out this place isn’t even livable for all year round and that the “new roofing” is actually pouring water thru our house creating mold.In the 6 months we’ve been here, we’ve had probably close to 20 incidents with children being unsupervised. One incident resulting in a broken window and another in 5000$ in damages to our car. As well as having a bat taken to our house and a chunk knocked out of it.Saturday my in laws came and mowed. Sunday I weed eated and my spouse touched up again today (Monday) at 7am. Come 6pm there’s a man taking out our skirting with a weed eater saying we didn’t do the yard at all so we’ll be charged 60$ for yard work we’ve already done! There’s bees keeping people from getting the mail and management is extremely judgemental. Children are the terror of the community and there’s no peace here in this neighborhood weither it be them or the “park people” who are almost always complaining about some reason. I should also note we are the newest people here and the only ones issued park orders and were expected to do our neighbors yard now as well.

Jan 06, 2018 · James N. WhiteI visit there about once a month or so, seems like a decent place. Right off the highway and close to businesses like dollar general and D&R.
Mar 03, 2021 · Tulcey Dennis ClelandThe driveway is nothing but craters..If you live there your vehicle is taking so real abuse !!!!!
Jun 20, 2021 · Darlene DrummondShady little place tried to buy a trailer out right, and was turned away over prejudice... that or it was a scam to collect application fees. That happens a little too often.
