For Oregon residents looking to purchase or rent a manufactured home in the Washington County area, Creekside of Hillsboro offers a compelling blend of affordability, location, and community amenities. **What is worth choosing** this park boils down to its strategic location and inclusive, family-friendly setting.
Firstly, the **geographical advantage** is undeniable. Being near the TriMet light rail means a reduced reliance on personal vehicles for commuting to major employment centers like Intel and key medical facilities. This level of connectivity in a region known for traffic congestion is a significant quality of life improvement.
Secondly, as an **all-ages community**, it provides a residential environment that supports diverse households. The presence of a playground and green spaces makes it attractive for families, while the RV/boat storage caters to the active lifestyle often sought by Oregonians. The fact that many available homes are double-wide manufactured units, often featuring updated interiors, high ceilings, and significant square footage (like 1,512 sq ft or more), means residents can find a modern, comfortable living space at a potentially lower cost of entry than site-built homes in the area.
The community also balances its residential feel with necessary practicality. The implementation of specific parking guidelines, such as the regulation against overnight street parking to ensure clear passage for emergency vehicles, demonstrates a commitment to resident safety and neighborhood order. While these rules, like the switch on street parking enforcement, have sometimes been a point of adjustment for residents, they are ultimately aimed at maintaining a safe and accessible environment. The acknowledged need for diligent maintenance (e.g., mowing the lawns) highlights that the management is engaged with resident feedback, striving for continuous improvement in community upkeep.
Choosing Creekside of Hillsboro means selecting a vibrant, accessible, and established community that offers a practical and comfortable path to homeownership or tenancy in one of Oregon's most dynamic and economically vital regions.

Creekside of Hillsboro Reviews
- They DO allow parking in front of your home, but just not overnight. Overnight parking on the street is a safety issue, as emergency vehicles may not be able to get by. There's no problem with parking on the street in the daytime though. Nice park, great atmosphere and like living here (although they seriously do need to mow the lawns, as I've never seen them this overgrown.) April 30 · Wilma Bryant
- As of May 1st 2017, this place will no longer allow tenants to park on the streets in front of their own houses. This has not been a problem for the last 6 years, however now all of a sudden with new management apparently it's an issue. Other than the parking, this place isn't that bad, but when the guest parking area consists of maybe 6 spots, if that, this can be a major issue. April 27 · Kubi Okyay
- It's a nice mobile home park. Visitor parking lacking. February 22 · Teri Clonkey
- It’s groovy June 25 · Jamie Stewart
- Great atmosphere March 16 · Gregory Carlon
