Creekside Mobile Estates Introduce
Welcome to Creekside Mobile Estates, a distinctive mobile home and RV park nestled in the tranquil, natural beauty of Shingletown, California. For those throughout the Golden State seeking an affordable and serene living environment that provides easy access to spectacular Northern California wilderness, Creekside offers an appealing option. This all-ages community embraces a mix of residents, from retirees looking for a quiet mountain setting to young families enjoying the outdoors, cultivating a welcoming and diverse neighborhood atmosphere in Shasta County. It stands apart from the typical "trailer park," prioritizing a clean, quiet, and tree-lined environment.
The community's setting is particularly noteworthy, with homes thoughtfully spaced and surrounded by beautiful trees, enhancing the sense of privacy and connection to nature. A lovely creek runs along one side of the property, adding to the picturesque and peaceful ambiance of the estate. Since its acquisition by Affordable Communities, Inc. in 2006, the park has been actively maintained and is celebrated for its excellent condition, offering residents a truly idyllic and quiet retreat in the California mountains.
Creekside Mobile Estates is not just a place to live; it's a gateway to outdoor adventure. Its unique location positions residents perfectly to explore one of California's most magnificent natural treasures: Lassen Volcanic National Park.
### Location and Accessibility
Creekside Mobile Estates is conveniently situated at 7546 Creekside Mobile Cir, Shingletown, CA 96088, USA. Shingletown itself is a charming census-designated place (CDP) in Shasta County, renowned as "The Gateway to Lassen," thanks to its location along State Highway 44 which leads directly to the National Park.
The mobile estate is strategically located approximately 3 miles east of the central area of Shingletown and about 30 miles east of the major Northern California city of Redding. This distance strikes an ideal balance, allowing residents to enjoy a peaceful, rural setting while keeping urban amenities, shopping, and major services within a reasonable driving distance (roughly 45 minutes to an hour commute to Redding).
Accessibility is an important consideration for the community. Public information confirms the park features both a Wheelchair accessible entrance and Wheelchair accessible parking lot, indicating a commitment to accommodating all residents and visitors. However, as with many communities located in more remote or naturally preserved areas of California, private vehicle use is essential for daily commuting and accessing services, which is typical for the Shingletown area.

### What is Worth Choosing
Choosing Creekside Mobile Estates is choosing a particular lifestyle—one that values quiet, natural beauty, and affordability within the high-cost state of California. The main selling point is the unparalleled natural environment. This community is a perfect choice for California users who:
- Seek an affordable housing solution that provides ownership opportunities in a state where property values are typically prohibitive. The mobile home park structure offers a way to establish a home base in a beautiful location without the massive overhead of conventional real estate.
- Are outdoor and wildlife enthusiasts. The park’s location as the true 'Gateway to Lassen' is ideal for those who hike, fish, camp, and enjoy the mountains, offering weekend adventures just minutes from their front door. The ability to enjoy activities like hiking and fishing directly near the park, including a beautiful creek and blackberry brambles, is a significant draw.
- Prioritize a peaceful and quiet living experience. The spacious lots, the abundance of surrounding pine trees, and the generally clean grounds ensure a tranquil atmosphere, appealing particularly to retirees or anyone wanting to escape the constant rush of city life. The environment has been described by visitors as "clean and quiet and beautiful."
- Desire an all-ages community that supports a mixed demographic. The blend of young families and retirees creates a stable, multi-generational neighborhood structure, supported by common amenities like the clubhouse and laundry facilities.
- Require a convenient and reliable RV park option for extended stays or a place to park an RV year-round in a magnificent Northern California location, with dedicated full hookup sites available.
While the Shingletown area itself is small and rural, with fewer job opportunities and a need to drive for extensive shopping (Redding being the closest major city), Creekside Mobile Estates offers a high quality of life for those whose priorities align with affordable, nature-centric living. It represents a chance to live amidst the forests and streams of Shasta County, offering a truly unique, scenic, and cost-effective Northern California mountain retreat.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I was here for a job we wer hired to trim trees.my first impression was that it was clean and quiet and beautiful. There is a beautiful creek in one side with nice black berry bramble and the homes are spaces pretty far apart. Not at all your typical trailer park. Lots of beautiful trees around the homes
