I Live at Creekside now, and have since early 2023. They are really making an effort to maintain, and keep the park nice..my Neighbors are Really Nice. This place is a gem. It's got every shopping, restaurant, golf courses, you name it, it's within 10 minutes. The Staff is super friendly. I would recommend this park whole heartedly. I didn't want to keep renting, and was Able to Buy here for less than a Typical down payment on a stick framed home..

The pool is only open for about 4-5 months out of the year also it's very out dated, they need to fix the concrete around the pool there are places were you can trip. Also they never clean the pool I've cleaned out the filters myself and I've noticed that they are very out dated and they don't work correctly. As for the park there's nothing to do, No activity's for tenants to get involved in. Some parks have bingo and were you can do potluck dinners , try to get to know your neighbor's. The" So called Rec room" is a joke! The place has old equipment you can't even use some of it cause it's broken. Also the carpet and furniture is dirty and old. The lady that owns the park is sure quick to make the rent go up and up. It's gotten so high my parents can't afford to live there any longer. They are in the process of selling their home. I think that's Ridiculous that 2 senior citizens on Social Security Retirement can't afford to live in a Manufacturer home. Creekside Mobile Home needs some TLC. Thanks

The office phone line says open st 0930 but I called and nobody answered so you get 3 stars because it's now pushing 1030.Alrights so I got through finally. 5 stars for answering 20 minutes of questions. Thanks.
