Feb 24, 2025 · Kristie Fuentes [Loya]When we arrived the beginning of May we were told that they had a string of bicycle thefts and our bikes would be safe locked up in the recreation room. They lock up at 10pm ever night and unlock at 8am in the morning plus a security guard on duty all night. So when I got a call at on May 17 that our bikes where missing and our locks were cut I went straight down to the rec center. I asked if the police were called and they said no they were calling the owner. That’s when the owner asked me if I had insurance on my bikes plus if I had a lock on it . I said yes it was locked up and she said is it one of the locks they recommended us as they the lock company will insure it. I told her I had an apple tracker on our bikes. I asked her about calling the police since it was a burglary of a business that’s when she wanted to speak to the person at the front desk that’s when I called the police since it was obvious no one else was. While waiting for police to come Eric an I drove to where the trackers were showing last seen (see pic) there was nothing there I made several trips out there the following days. Even knocking on doors asking if anyone saw anything. When we got back to rv resort to meet with police they still hadn’t heard from owner so they had to call them. And they wanted it hush hush no one in the park to be alarmed. Really you would think you would be asking everyone if they saw anything. So it was determined while security guard sits at front gate I guess asleep they entered in the emergency exit btw this is a picture of the secured lock (exactly like ours) then when in the locked gate around the back side of the pool (pic 3 ) then in the locked back door of rec room video of suspect coming in from back door also there is another video of the suspect as he walks out of sight in video 1 then he opens the door to let the other suspect in. It takes them awhile to cut off our cable. And they pushed our bikes out the door . Passing everyone in the park passing the guard . What I don’t understand is there is ALOT of people in that park that get up and go to work at 5am but no one could ask. Now we asked for reimbursement in which the owner basically said that they checked with whoever told us to put our bikes in rec room if they said that in which responded no they didn’t say that and that we could sue them for the reimbursement the person that we believe said it. Now notice all the bikes in the rec room. I may never get my bikes back well I’m sure of that but I want everyone that wants to stay at coyote valley knows what happened and to look at those pictures of those two thieves.
Jun 12, 2025 · Katherine BartonWhat a great RV park. Friendly staff and a great location with good amenities. Bathrooms clean and laundry reasonably priced. I heard coyotes howling a few times too so it really is a “coyote valley”. Will definitely stay here again.
Jan 23, 2025 · Robert FletcherBest park we’ve stayed at- the grounds are very nice. Everything is so clean. Lots of trees and bushes. And the spots are big. Great rec room, including a kitchen for guests’ use. The staff is friendly and helpful. And very reasonable rates. And my favorite part was being right next to a wonderful biking and walking trail in a gorgeous valley. The view of the hills was nice as were the sunsets.
Jan 05, 2025 · LINDA BELLEVILLEBEWARE, Do NOT stay here before reading other reviews. This place was as good as a school cafeteria Lunch. when I got there, a woman named Angie seemed very nice, she gave us a list of the rules and the second one said something like “if you would like for one of our state of the art Bell Boys to come and park your rig, than feel free to ask us, but know its 100% your choice”. So me and my Wife go ahead and park our rig, only for some old man in a beat up golf cart to come zooming around the corner at a whopping 3 Miles per hour with a very stern look on his face, he then pulls up to our rig and yells at us because we didn’t let him park us and how we also Allegedly went over the 5 miles per hour speed limit. This made my wife incredibly sad because in made her feel like she was useless because she wasn’t a man so she couldn’t help park. After that, we headed off to San Fran for a fun day at the pier, but about an hour into the hour and a half drive to San Francisco, Angie, the same girl who checked us in, called me and my wife, who was still a little shaken from the guy in the golf cart, and started harassing us because we didn’t let the man park us. She then continued to call us crazy and as we started to reply to that. She abruptly hung up. We called her back and asked her why she Hung up, and her reply was “Well I said everything that I needed to say” and then hung up again. Later after our time at the pier, we got a call back from coyote valley from a different women named “Emily”. Luckily Emily was much nicer and explained that Angie was simply having a rough day, whether I buy that or not, Emily was MUCH nicer than Angie. Emily then went on to apologize and ask if we would still like to stay there and said that if we didn’t she would totally of gotten why. After that we did stay there the rest of our trip, and nobody dared to bother us. So yeah, moral of the story, if you’re gonna stay here, don’t screw up the rules or you’re in for a hoot of a time.
