Countryside Village Manufactured Home Community Reviews
Don't move in here, the office staff are absolutely rude and disrespectful. This office worker, Tammy, absolutely unhinged or "powerdrunk", jumped into a full on tirade about how "inconvenient" and how unimportant our community pool is to her. Guess what triggered this reaction. I simply asked her if she could send someone out to unlock the pool fence that was supposed to be opened at 10am. She had an absolute chip on her shoulder as if I had accosted her or said something out of line. I didn't interrupt her, I complied with her rude requests without any resistance. And that wasn't even enough for her to feel satisfied with her goal. She then actively followed me spewing baseless "rules" about dress code, and these new pool passes that didn't exist last year when I was swimming in the exact same pool. This person wouldn't stop, it got to the point where she was essentially yelling at me to leave "her" pool as I'm actively gathering my items and leaving. I don't know why she felt the need to conduct herself so unprofessional like. I've swam in the pool for the past two weeks with no mention of pool pass or issues from any other office when requesting the gate be unlocked. This Tammy person is some sort of lead there

Apr 02, 2025 · William SizemoreWe pay almost $900 a month for lot rent and the pool is never open on time and when you go into the office to get the pool open an hour after it should be you catch attitude from the lady up front and then wait around for another 30min for her not to open the pool still.
May 31, 2025 · Vanover Homegrownrent is too much , they get on you for everything about your trailer like if the grass isn’t cut or if u have supplies outside, the water is so always messed up , a lot of stray cats , they also let anyone put anything outside even if it’s upsetting.
Nov 08, 2023 · Karen melendrezThe only good thing is that is close to everything after that it is ...not so great. They write citations but some how the guy a couple lots down does not get any and his place is in worse shape, I placed my car in the storage area with the office permission for one night and still got it towed but this two cars are still there after two nights. I will update on how many nights and by the looks it isn’t going to be towed any time soon!
