Country Lane Mobile Home Park is situated at 4601 Blanton Rd, Fayetteville, NC 28303, USA. This address places it within Cumberland County, a populous and historically significant area in North Carolina, known for being home to Fort Liberty (formerly Fort Bragg). Fayetteville itself is a diverse city with a wide range of amenities, services, and economic opportunities.
The park's location on Blanton Road provides relatively straightforward access to key transportation routes within Fayetteville. Blanton Road typically connects to other arterial roads in the city, which in turn lead to major highways. For instance, it's likely within a reasonable driving distance to Skibo Road, a major commercial corridor, and Interstate 95 (I-95), a vital north-south thoroughfare that connects Fayetteville to other major cities along the East Coast. Additionally, the proximity to Fort Liberty means convenient access for military personnel and their families.
For local North Carolinians residing in or considering a move to Fayetteville, the accessibility of Country Lane Mobile Home Park is an important factor. Its location allows for relatively easy commutes to various parts of the city for work, school, shopping, and entertainment. While Blanton Road itself might be a more localized route, its connections to larger roads and highways ensure that residents are not isolated from the wider Fayetteville community and its offerings.
The general area of Fayetteville provides residents with access to a comprehensive range of services, including healthcare facilities, educational institutions, retail centers, and dining options. The city also offers various recreational opportunities, from parks and greenways to cultural attractions. Therefore, while Country Lane provides a specific residential setting, its location within Fayetteville ensures that residents have access to the benefits of a larger urban environment.
As a mobile home park, Country Lane primarily offers lot rentals for manufactured homes. While specific, detailed service lists are best confirmed directly with park management, typical services provided by such communities generally include:
Lot Rental: Residents rent individual spaces (lots) where they place their own manufactured homes. This is the core service of the park.
Utilities Hookups: Each lot typically comes equipped with connections for essential utilities, such as water, sewer, and electricity. Residents are usually responsible for setting up and paying for their individual utility accounts.
Trash Collection: Standard trash disposal services are often provided, either through communal bins or curbside pickup, which may be included in the lot rent or billed separately.
Common Area Maintenance: The park management is typically responsible for maintaining common areas, roads within the park, and overall infrastructure.
Community Rules and Regulations: While not a "service" in the traditional sense, the establishment and enforcement of community rules are a key aspect of mobile home park management, aiming to ensure a safe and orderly living environment for all residents.
On-Site Management (Potential): Many mobile home parks have an on-site or readily available management team to address resident concerns, collect rent, and oversee daily operations. This can vary by ownership structure.
Based on publicly available reviews, there have been concerns raised by residents regarding the responsiveness of maintenance for issues within the park or homes, and disputes over security deposits upon move-out. These points highlight the importance of clear communication with park management about service expectations, maintenance protocols, and deposit return policies before committing to residency. Prospective residents should inquire directly about all included services, any additional fees, and the park's procedures for maintenance requests and move-out inspections.
When evaluating Country Lane Mobile Home Park, it's important to consider various aspects that define a community. Based on its nature as a mobile home park in Fayetteville, and taking into account publicly available feedback, here are some potential features and highlights, balanced with reported concerns:
Affordable Housing Option: Mobile home parks typically offer a more economical housing solution compared to traditional stick-built homes, making them an accessible entry point for homeownership or a budget-friendly rental option in the Fayetteville area.
Individual Lot Space: Residents usually benefit from having their own individual lot, providing more personal outdoor space compared to apartment living.
Established Community: As an existing mobile home park, Country Lane likely has an established resident base, which can contribute to a sense of community for some residents.
Fayetteville Location: Being situated in Fayetteville means residents have access to the city's extensive amenities, including shopping centers, restaurants, schools, healthcare facilities, and employment opportunities, including those related to Fort Liberty.
Direct Access to Transportation Routes: Its location on Blanton Road provides connections to larger thoroughfares, facilitating commutes within Fayetteville and to surrounding areas.
Potential for Diverse Community: Urban mobile home parks often host a diverse population, which can lead to a rich tapestry of backgrounds and experiences.
However, it is crucial to address concerns highlighted in publicly available reviews, which indicate significant issues experienced by some residents. These include:
Maintenance Responsiveness: Reports of unaddressed maintenance issues and difficulty in getting repairs completed are a consistent concern.
Security Deposit Disputes: Allegations of challenges in receiving security deposits back upon moving out are a prominent negative highlight.
Community Safety Concerns: Mentions of frequent police presence suggest potential issues with neighborhood safety and ongoing "drama."

Country Lane Reviews
They are complete slum lords . They will make you pay a arm and a leg to move in and never come to fix anything , but when time to move out they will look for every excuse to not give your deposit back . The police is in this neighborhood atleast every other day , but if you just allow them to be slum lords they will look the other way and let the drama continue. I do not recommend this place to my worst enemy .
