I so enjoy living in the community, it's peaceful, and so pleasant!The management that I have dealt with, Chris and Beth are wonderful people. They return calls promptly and always listen to any issues, answer any questions and are always willing to help. I especially am grateful to Beth who will always listen to a person and do everything she can to help. I highly recommend this community to anyone who wants to enjoy a peaceful living community. Want to thank the manager Beth for being so kind and prompt when contacting for any problems. Have lived here 12 years it's got a quiet and calm atmosphere with kids playing outside, has a storm shelter and a playground for the kids. Great place for a family or a couple.

I am concerned about the professionalism of this park since new management has gone into effect. Per contract states no drugs aloud we have been dealing with issue from neighbors and because my wife highlighted immediate eviction per contract they turn around with an attitude stating my wife does not know the law. This park needs to be run by a proper management team that specializes and knows how to run a park. They sold my wife an improper home hide the fact it had previous water damage and electrical issues that was found during the first 30 days by previous manager Jetamie. There is a lemon law in the state of Kansas I believe she and country aire sold a home that was improper and hide the fact they were aware of all the damages by leaving the old washer and dryer in place covering a massive dry wall hole by prior tenants, pipe leaks which lead to issues in the bathroom and much more. I wish country aire would see the damage and fix the home. My wife requested many times to be moved to a proper home that is done right. I will be hiring a city inspector to conduct a inspection which country aire should have had done prior to sell. Also Jetamie told my wife she was renting the home then switched contract to rent to own and never informed my wife or sent contracts to her. Then gave my wife 100 dollars back because of improper cleaning on day of move in. I do hope things change and our home gets fixed because we have spent money on this home we should not have spent it on if it was done correctly the first time. Now the refuse to give us our security deposit because of condition of the house when we have proof they gave us this house and the same condition. The house was messy when we moved in. The house had water leaks and floor damage when we moved in. Horrible place.

My husband, myself and kids relocated from Texas to Kansas for work. We weren't familiar with the area. As of right now we are renting from Country aire Mobile home community. If you are looking for a place to live in Newton please stay clear of this place! The people are slumlords! We are paying almost $1000 dollars a month in rent and the AC hasn't been working properly since day one. For the first two weeks we we're running off of two window units that they brought out. They had their AC guy look at it and apparently theres nothing wrong with it. They then proceeded to remove the window units and left us sweating and miserable! The so called manager said we need to provide our own window units! I pay almost $1000 for this place and the AC should be in tip top shape for that price! This is unacceptable! The unit looks to be from the 1980s. It needs to be replaced and they don't want to fork over the money. The water heater was busted when we moved in. The place leaks when it rains. Spider infestation. None of the outlets work. Their loose and everything just falls out of them. The lady that runs the place " manager" if that's what you want to call her is rude and very unprofessional. She acts like you're inconveniencing her anytime you call or text. I'm so over it. Stay far away from this Dumpster fire of a place!

I called the supposed office about my application. I was asked right off the bat about pets I explained how many I had and what type of animals and tried to go into detail about my rights and responsibilities according to the ADA and was accused of attacking the person. When I explained I was not and what I was doing and mentioned that my spouse and I paid application fees each the woman on the line became verbally abusive and combative.I would like my $$ refunded if this is the kind of service you provide to your potential rental clients, seems more of a scam. I'm have spoken with and left a request on- the ADD and BBB. I hope to hear back from a sane individual.
