May 09, 2025 · Robert Bosley IIII paid $1200 a month for 3 months due to medical issues and having to pay nightly . Lot rent is $650 a month. The second I became late they had my dogs taken to animal welfare (my boy got sick while in there and he passed two nights ago). They had my vehicle towed. And asked to have my camper towed as well but the city refused. I was 5days late when they startedharassing me. I had paid well over his monthly lot rent and was very open with the office about my situation. I lived there for almost 3 years. If you're looking for a place to feel at peace even for a night, go elsewhere.
Oct 16, 2024 · Keri HutchisonThis is a great place to stay. It is in a good location off the highway, clean and nice and peaceful. There are also laundry facilities, restrooms, and showers available. The staff is AMAZING!!! Amanda at the front office; Mark with maintenance; and Jim the owner. They take great care of you!!This is definitely a great place to stop in and check out. They do long-term and overnight stays.
Sep 02, 2023 · Les BroNice folks running this park. Price is reasonable and especially the weekly rate, which is roughly the equivalent of 5 regular days rather than 6 (which most parks charge). Sites are basic, but everything works including wifi. The park is located across the street from a truck stop, so there is some of that type of noise to deal with. I plan to stay here again.
Feb 08, 2024 · Michael MillerThings we noticed when we first checked in, 1. There was a bad smell but that’s okc we thought 😅 2. Most of the spots were occupied, and the available spots couldn’t fit one car for parking, talk more of two. 3. The sewer connection was OPEN 😬 which explained the smell that accompanied us throughout our stay. 4. The neighbor had a bad sewer line set up, also contributing to the smell.Overall, we didn’t have the best stay given the high fees and how many rules they have. Also, we were in a 30amp spot with a 30amp trailer, but the power kept tripping and it was very inconveniencing especially with these heat levels lately 🥵. This was by far our top dislike of all.Anyhow, their washers and dryers are good and it’s reasonably quiet for a park in the city.
