Well my grandmother has lived in Coulter Pines Park for about 15+ yrs. The rent is the cheapest you will most likely find anywhere in the US even when the new owners took over the park its still under $250 +utilities the only catch is its a 55+ over mobile home park. Most all the people that live there are seasonal so the summer everybody's up to escape the hear and in winter you pretty much have the park to yourself. And everyone is very neighborly and looks out for one another. Not to bad of a place to live
