September 05 · Kim SpiersI have be lived here for over 5 years and have seen 3 property managers, the first one was not personable, likeable, or nice, however, she upheld the rules, was fair, and didn't target residents. The second one was a huge jerk in a lot of people's opinion, so much in fact that he isn't working here anymore. The third one just started but he seems nice and ready to make rules fair and this what we need. Most of us are 55 and older and we are buying our homes so a kinder, gentler, without the foulest mouth of any 60 people!! So I think we're on the better track now! Only time will tell. This review is opinion only and only about it living experiences.

We purchased a home June 1 of this year .. we could not be happier . We are enjoying the neighborhood , the creek , the pool , the security , just everything .. we love it here .. it is kinda like a vacation village 🧡

My family is large and I often have at least 6 family members visiting me at one time or another and would love to enjoy our pool time together! I really do not like the two guest rule it seems very unfair to us who have large families. Thank you for keeping us safe and clean.
