This park has continued to deteriorate for several years . The rent keeps climbing although conditions worsen. There is no interest in resident satisfaction. If you look around it seems alright, but if you don't know what questions to ask or visually inspect the condition of these "luxury amenities" they advertise, you're going to end up really disappointed.It's been understaffed for several years but the rent gets jacked up every year.Trash pick up isn't handled by the city but you have to pay the same price. No bins, no recycling, no bulk pick up day. You have to take some types to the dumpster yourself & all your recycling in your car to the library.The manager is rude and condensending to all the residents . Her only concern is covering her own behind and has no problem with being dishonest in order to do so.2024 Update.Not to much has changed. The situation at the front gate has gotten much better. Unfortunately the security cameras still don't work and the community rules remain unenforced. The same lots full of junk continue to be an eyesore for another year. 25, 170, 306 is the worst and 422 isn't much better. Lot 269 is also a junkyard.
Mar 30, 2024 · Wity ChikUpdate: 3 years after 1st review. These are the same pics from my 1st review. 1-2 things were repaired or just removed, but most of what was 1st mentioned remains the same. Lots 25, 94, 170, 269, 306, 422 and 447 still look like total junkyards several years later. Residents around the park still pay $20 extra for all the traffic of 454 units passing their homes several times a day. 2,000 cars come past the gate a day. The grass they pay extra to live across is mostly brown in the summer due to missing and unmaintained sprinklers, & dead trees about to fall on their homes. Residents remain unable to use the 48th st exit gate. During certain times of day its not possible or takes several minutes to make a fear filled left turn to reach 48th st. The jacuzzi still only half works going on 5 years and multiple lots still have unused, unregistered, uninsured vehicles stored in their driveways. Same wholesaler selling homes without background checks to people who don't meet age requirements or uphold park rules. Trash pick cost the same as the city pick up but without the overhead, provided bins, without any recycling, without bulk pick up and all landscaping debris has to be hauled yourself to the dumpster. But cost the same as big city pick up.

I've never had any safety issues.Kids swimming in pool is limited to 2-4pm daily. Active Pickleball group, water aerobics, gym, sauna and hot tub. Pool is heated during cooler months.Active social club with monthly and weekly activities. Bingo on Thursday evenings. Dog park added a few years ago. Several internet options. Rent is very affordable - $200/mo less than neighboring community.

Had a water main leak it took 3 weeks to repair.They replaced all the old broken exercise equipment today! Add a starPhysical Security has gotten poor, RV storage has been broken in to. Cannot reserve clubhouse for family events. Removed a Ramada and installed a pickleball court that I've seen maybe 10 residents use.Gate stays open, been 2 weeks, just get excuses.
