Mar 23, 2025 · Andrew KBAD!!!!! If you have kids don't even bother. I was there for 1 day & got complaints for my 3yr old. We were on our toy haulers deck for about 2 hours around 5pm , The owner “dave” pretty much told me to shut my son up, PATHETIC. & Because we didn’t give a 30 day noticed we didn’t get our deposit back he kept $900. We moved out the next day he made me feel so uncomfortable. They expect you to be silent 24/7. Daves response to all this was that a 3yr old should know better, what a disappointment apparently he never had kids.
