Most homes have driveways, some even have pull-through driveways where you can enter one end and exit the other. The community center has cool events (recently a Christmas party). The neighbors are nice and friendly... haven't found this sense of community in LA very often! If I was old enough I would move in! Close to shopping and eating... all around great place. You still will need to obtain a permit to install any handicap ramps or what not
