Colonial Village Reviews
They shut your water off randomly, take up your yard space, and ask way too much for lot rent for what you get. ** Update 5/9/23** My wife and I would love to have our privacy that was stated in the contract, or a refund. If I knew random people could walk through my yard (other residents) I would have never bought this place.Update, The park manager is being really picky… he dropped a letter off to my wife saying our yard isn’t “well groomed”. I cut my grass, trim in (just bought a new string trimmer, and have the receipt) and maintain it way better than most people. If the manager would open up his back door and look out, his neighbor would be a problem. Starting to think these warnings are just false ways to red flag me. Either way, I dropped some pictures of some of the ground management takes care of, as well as some other peoples lawn care, and these ones are way worse than mine. Just wanted the public to know this information. Hope this helps!!!To whom who may concern, spoke to the manager face to face. He tried to walk away several time from the conversation when asked questions. I may have some material. Have a blessed weekend, and always stay safe and classy.Would like a manager that actually manages, would also like ownerships number. This privacy issue is getting out of control, had to call the police again for trespassers (twice now, 18th time I called Ken the manager) it’s getting to the point now it’s a breach in contract. Called the manager right after I called the police, and he wouldn’t talk to me, but would talk to the other people. It’s unfair, he definitely plays favorites. I would like to discuss with the owners my privacy issues. I’ve had to invest in security cameras and other things to deter, to no avail. If this continues, I will be extremely unhappy. It’s simple, just stay out of others peoples lots and property…
