Jul 07, 2025 · Tamara RothleyNice quiet park. Big open field to walk dogs, a sitting area and burn pit, big dumpster and tree coverage for most spots. Park owner is always on top of maintenance. They can't control some of the trashy people that live there but most are good folks. Very secluded and private. If your looking for a RV park thats small and want to see deer every day this is the place to be. Honestly the park owners do more for tenets than they should have too. But I've lived here for right at a year and never had problems.
Jul 13, 2024 · Jv TateIt is very peaceful and quiet. I have been here 7 months. The landlords are the best. They are very welcoming and very helpful. They allow you to make it your home. I have a vegetable garden and 20 something plants, I have a BBQ set up, lights, ect. Most RV parks do not allow that. To be honest, if anyone disliked this place, they were the problem, not the landlords. The property is amazing. There is a huge field in the back, where I'm allowed to let my run free. There is wildlife that you see every day. It doesn't feel so much like an RV park, it is very homey. I've been here 7 months, and I plan on staying even longer. I love it out here it's very affordable and like I said....feels like home.
Sep 04, 2024 · Leann AllsupI live here and would give a 2 star review, but we have had things stolen from the kids behind us and they constantly mess with us when our car is not home. And nothing is done about it. If it was not for that I would give a 5 star review. The owners are very nice and let you live your life like a home setting. Vickie and Tommy and wonderful landlords, only issue is the people behind us. And the owner comes to my RV and tells me the kid is banging, to make my dogs bark. I will be leaving on the 1st. Beware of this park
Jun 18, 2024 · Kristen PhaganIt stinks like sewage, there is most definitely multiple health code violations, the male landlord likes to try to get into altercations with elderly and or pregnant women, and also has stalked a 12 year old girls social media to get was ended up being up being false information.
