College Station RV Park offers a unique and appealing option for RVers seeking a tranquil and natural setting within the bustling College Station area of Texas. This park stands out for its commitment to providing a quiet, country-feel environment, a refreshing change from more urban or commercially-focused RV resorts. It caters to those who appreciate a peaceful atmosphere and a touch of natural beauty, often hard to find in developed areas. Whether you're looking for a long-term residence, a seasonal home base, or a quiet spot for a temporary visit, College Station RV Park aims to provide a comfortable and unpretentious experience. It's a place where you can truly unwind and enjoy the greenery that surrounds you, making it a distinctive choice for your next RV adventure in Texas.
College Station RV Park is located at 3911 F and B Rd, College Station, TX 77845, USA. This address places it within the heart of College Station, a city renowned for being home to Texas A&M University. While situated in a vibrant college town, the park’s specific location on F and B Road suggests an area that balances accessibility with a more secluded, rural feel. This allows residents to enjoy the conveniences of College Station – including diverse dining, shopping, healthcare, and entertainment options – while still benefiting from a quieter environment away from the immediate hustle and bustle of campus life. For those visiting Texas A&M for game days, graduations, or campus events, the park offers a convenient proximity without being directly in the thick of the action. The "country feel" described by residents implies a less congested setting, likely with more open space and natural elements, contributing to a relaxed atmosphere that is easy to access yet feels like an escape. This strategic placement makes it suitable for both short-term visitors and those looking for a long-term home base in the region.
Based on resident feedback and general expectations for RV parks catering to longer-term stays, College Station RV Park likely offers essential services designed to ensure a comfortable and stable living experience. While specific detailed amenities are not extensively publicized, the emphasis on a "truly nice place to stay" for extended periods suggests the provision of fundamental necessities.
- Full RV Hookups: It is standard for RV parks, especially those accommodating long-term residents, to provide full hookups. This typically includes electrical connections (likely 30 and 50 amp service), water, and sewer at each site, allowing residents to live comfortably in their RVs.
- Long-Term Stay Options: The park's reputation for accommodating residents for "a couple years" indicates a strong focus on monthly or extended stay options, providing a stable living solution for those in the area for work, study, or simply enjoying the locality.
- Management Presence: While ownership may have transitioned, the presence of management ("her kids do" run it now) suggests ongoing oversight and availability for resident needs.
It is important to acknowledge that one review mentioned "The WiFi does not work" and "The park has electrical issues." This feedback, though contradictory to other positive accounts, highlights potential areas of concern for certain services that prospective residents might wish to confirm directly with the park management.
College Station RV Park offers several distinctive features and highlights that contribute to its unique appeal, particularly for those who prioritize a peaceful environment and natural surroundings. These elements create a specific atmosphere that sets it apart from other RV parks in the area.
- Quiet and Peaceful Environment: A significant highlight repeatedly mentioned is the park's quiet nature. It's described as a "quiet park" and a "truly nice place to stay," making it ideal for those seeking a serene retreat from noise and commotion.
- "Country Feel": The park offers a "country feel" despite its College Station address. This implies a spacious, relaxed environment, possibly with more natural landscaping and less dense development, appealing to those who enjoy a more rustic or rural setting.
- Abundant Greenery and Trees: A standout feature is the "numerous trees" that "provide a greenery that is hard to find in most parks nowadays." This lush environment enhances the aesthetic appeal, offers shade, and contributes to the tranquil ambiance.
- Positive Long-Term Resident Experience: One long-term resident reported "no issues from other tenants or owner" over "a couple years," indicating a harmonious living environment and a well-managed community that fosters positive relationships among residents.
- Suitable for Extended Stays: The ability to stay for "a couple years" highlights its suitability for long-term residents, offering a stable and consistent living situation.
However, it's crucial to address some contrasting feedback. One review mentioned "electrical issues" and that "Someone’s trailer was stolen from the park in May." While these are serious claims, they are presented alongside positive experiences, suggesting a mixed perception or potential isolated incidents. Prospective residents are advised to inquire about these concerns directly with park management to get the most current and accurate information regarding security and infrastructure.

Stayed here for a for a couple years with no issues from other tenants or owner. I recommend staying here if there is a vacancy. A truly nice place to stay. It's a quiet park with a country feel. The numerous trees here provide a greenery that is hard to find in most parks nowadays.
Mar 26, 2024 · Oscar CavazosDorthy (the old lady who lives in the house) is crazy. She used to run it but now her kids do. The WiFi does not work. The park has electrical issues. Someone’s trailer was stolen from the park in May. I do not recommend the place at all.

Jan 12, 2019 · Dawn JamesHave been here 3 years for college and have had no issues! The owners are so nice and will help answer questions about anything you might need. Highly recommend!!
Apr 03, 2020 · Kazmine KahilCalled the asked if they had WIFI, stressed the point that I am taking some college classes online and that it was important that I have access to internet. The owner stated she has two connections and that they cover the entire park. Moved there from Dallas. Had to stand 10 feet away from the shed to get connect to WiFi, the second connection, As soon as I told her it works she asked me how I got it working the next day could not connect to it. She also swore I could get att service that was also not true. Called wild blue, they could set up a satellite connect but would take three weeks. Mean while my homework was coming due, my GPA was 4.0 till I made the mistake of moving to College Station RV. Moved back to Dallas. Beware there was a little red truck that followed me from the place, they ran over my dog on purpose. Oh and the dog was my service dog. I am a veteran. Scooter help me deal with PTSD. Goes to show how some people really care about veterans.
