The community is OK. It took them about a year to fix all the potholes. The kids run rampant and the parents don’t do anything to correct their behavior. A lot of my personal property has been destroyed because of my disgusting neighbors.Other than that, it’s a nice place to live right off the river. You can walk to the river park and it’s right in downtown.

You're better off anywhere else, a box is better but don't put it anywhere near this park. It will become infested and they don't care even if u own it. Try not to have to call management bc whatever u call for will be your fault and you'll get random violations. God bless.

Beautiful area, amazing pool, lovely little picnic spot right by the river and a open area and play ground for the kids. The price is more then fair for the area and I have had no problems with managment since I first applied in July. The current manager is on top of almost everything and is making noticable improvements and has been since I moved in. The water is well water so there is a noticeable difference compared to city water but I have had no problems with it.
Oct 07, 2018 · Guardian of the trees and soulsWe've just gotten through our 3rd winter here and while I have a few complaints - the roads are horrible and they've said that they'd be fixed since I moved in and there seems to be a high turnover rate on management, also trailer living isn't for everyone - overall I have to say that I love this place. I chose this park over others in the area because it's small and right downtown. It's also right on the Clinton River and backs up to an extraordinary city park. I couldn't afford to live in a house here and my child is getting an excellent education, life is all about trade offs, so they say, and I'm very happy with mine.Also I have never lost power, and while the pump has gone out a few times, today is the worst I've experienced, it's "hoped to be" fixed by evening. Water line freezing is completely preventable,watch a YouTube video or two, lol, it's how I fixed the furnace by myself ☺
